One day the Ice King decides to leave the land of Ooo so he can steal princesses without Finn and Jake interrupting. He ends up in Equestria. Finn and Jake pursue the Ice King so they can bring him to justice.

Cool story bro. I'd say Finn and Jake are pretty much IC, and I like the way you've cut the crap another writer might pull with interdimensional portals and just straight-up sent the AT dudes to Equestria. It's an AT-esque thing to do.
Oh, and check out Jack and the Ponies. It's an episode of Samurai Jack with ponies, much like this is an episode of Adventure Time with ponies.

Needs an editing pass or three before that, though. There are a lot of spelling mistakes, missing apostrophes and cases of sloppy wording. And your dialogue punctuation's borked (see here for help with that). Writing's also a bit dry – "This happened then that happened. Another thing happened." You might want to go through it and spice up your wording and sentence structure.
