Description: Two years after the camps opened up, the Western Territories of the USA are nearly vacant. It is once more a frontier, ripe for exploration and settlement. On bequest of Princess Celestia, Twilight Sparkle is to experience the human world by joining a family of Pony Settlers on their journey out West. It's Dangerous to go alone however, so in an act of good will, the US government is sending someone to make sure no harm befalls the ponies.

Neat. I believe I wrote that "Dash pales in comparison" line before everyone calculated all that pony math, and perhaps even before the Sonic Rainboom Episode itself.

Ummm...Sure I guess. Is it a cameo or something more...fanfic of a fanfic of a fanfic of a fanfic? And if you're doing a full on TCB fic I would definitely post the first draft of it in the Conversion Bureau thread on Ponychan before posting it here. That way it can get some review and any errors that could be present will be found and corrected.

Word of warning, Ponychan's /fic/ is like a workshop, so be prepared for people telling you how to fix things and actually act on those suggestions. If there's one thing I've found out through writing Yellowstone, it's that there are always more errors and ways to improve.
That and you can read the other REAMS of good TCB fanfiction from a dozen or so other (far more talented) authors.

At the time of that chapter the Sonic Rainboom episode wasn't out so I thought the train would be faster than RD, but I recently decided to change because that pony is pretty fast. Though now I actually have an explanation in my head that makes way more sense and keeps the train faster than the pony.
