Craig is a 16 year old with a great imagination who has always wondered what it would be like to become a powerful warrior in a fantasy world like Azeroth, Middle-Earth, Tamriel, or even the magical land of Equestria. His dreams are filled with a story about Craigulus Twinblade, a fierce warrior who not only has two swords in his hands and an elvish longbow, but also an unbelievable knowledge of magic.
Craig knows that it is impossible for other worlds to exist but recent developments will lead him to believe that not all is lost. He is about to find an ancient map that is going to lead him to something he never thought would be possible.
Our hero will also find out that, even though epic, the life of a hero can be a twisted, grueling journey.
(MOST IMPORTANT NOTE: For those complaining about a 'gary stu' please keep reading, I have dealt with it in the later chapters.)
(note: I will be using the map "Equestria and Beyond" so the story makes more sense later on.)

I have one major gripe about this chapter; you've gone and made your OC a Gary Stu. Look at him, he himself acknowledged in the previous chapter he had no kind of combat experience, yet he wallops a bandit chief like a boss. Despite having no training or concept of it, he can proficiently use magic, and can use it with complete ease. NO! Just, Aaarrrgh! This is terrible, terrible, and outright shameful. Your story idea is interesting, but you make this way too easy for your character. I am apprehensive of what is coming next chapter, and I can only hope you dealt with this Stu.

One thing I did point out during the battle with the bandit chief is that Craigulus was getting his butt kicked at first. One thing that I wanted my readers to find out in the next chapters is that Craigulus is a destined 'hero'. The reason why he has already developed a sound sense of magic is because his special 'hero talent' is magic and use of weapons. Seriously though, thank you so much for pointing this out!
