A year after the infamous Nightmare Moon was defeated brings about more worries toward Princess Celestia, who frets over her sister's re-developing hostility toward her and her loyal subjects. When she's rebuilt back into the horror known as Nightmare Moon, who is the only pony left that's even slightly capable of stopping the dreadful villain? The Mane 6 is slowly dropping, leaving only the brainy Twilight Sparkle to try and end the chaos and darkness consuming Equestria, forced to fight against her five beloved best friends after each and every one of them are corrupted by Nightmare Moon's wicked promises and fox-like charisma.
