Reunion - Chapter 66

Moon Shadow and Morning Star are more important than even I knew. The night ponies deserve nothing less than the finery of Equestria. If it were within my power Celestia’s nobles and my ponies would trade places, yet it is not. The night ponies will not accept charity but they will work alongside one they regard as a friend.

I long to give them the best of everything, yet they will not accept. If they came to regard other ponies as friends then they would be willing to work together to improve their station. But to end a thousand years of distrust and near enmity is a long and difficult journey. The first step lies with Moon Shadow and Morning Star.
