Honestly, "When a Man Loves a Pony" was my first-ever clopfic, so I'm still trying to figure out why people liked it so much. It was fairly short, as stories go, but it has 1000's of views to it.
Perhaps it had more to do with the fact that it was so simple...and so honest.

You made Fluttershy go "uh" and "Um" alot. It seemed a little wierd to me.

The poem in question is my favourite love poem by Pablo Neruda, simply called "Love Sonnet XVII"
Sadly, the only one I've ever known who is worthy of it has been Fluttershy.
