As for the story... I... can't really critique this without feeling I would be entering into the "well, it's what people like" territory. I didn't quite enjoy reading it, but that's just life. Some small editing stuff did come to the reading, but eh.

I'm of two minds about this.
On one hand, I'd normally be inclined to say you should avoid having a story description that says "includes tandem princess pooping," since a lot of people might (and probablly did) jump right to "oh god why can't I downvote this faster?" without actually reading it.
On the other hand, without that disclaimer all you'd have is a fairly average looking Twiliestia-with-clop story. People would read it and think "oh, they're going to sit in the same chair! And maybe later they'll bang in a cute way! I can just feel the feels fro—what the heck are you shitting me?!" And then they'd really be inclined to downvote it.
I guess it's just a hard premise to sell.

That's very true, I could have just as easily left it out of the premise. But I wouldn't feel right about it, because people would feel "tricked" into reading it and get really upset. I've felt the same way when I've read fics that start normal, and lead into something I don't enjoy.
I'd so much rather be honest with someone and say "hey, this is what happens, if you don't like it, bail now". It clears my conscience.
