I passed over this at first, but i really liked the cover pic so i decided to give it a chance. Quite honestly, i like it and am quite curious to see where this goes.
On a side note, im also curious as to how Luna would know of Galewind's little rant if she wasn't there... but that's just me nitpicking
2791138 Yeah the Luna thing, it goes like this. I was going for a narration introduction, kinda like how they do in TV shows where a certain character introduces a story and from there it just kinda acts out on its own. If that makes sense, I just didn't know how to play it out exactly, I thought I could make it work since I had several of my friends, who are avid writers, tell me that it was good.
One little thing I should've put in the author's notes....
If I see positive remarks (favorites, likes, comments) I'll definitely work on more chapters of this story. Even critiques are acceptable, it shows me your interested to read the story if there are improvements. Can't wait to see how the future of this piece of fiction turns out.

I never said that was a bad thing. It all depends on how you lead the story to this end we know is coming. Some stories have shown the end and what made them great was how they lead you to it. I believe you have done a great job so far and know that you will keep it going. I know you can.

Very good story. I have really enjoyed this story. It really makes me think about Discord's past and just blows my mind.
I find it kinda rushed, like : You tried to trick me ! Then I'll use my amulet to become the God of Chaos !
...Then again, it's still okay.
3004842 well I didn't exactly explain it too well I know, so here it goes. The family curse is, well, you saw it. The amulet was kind of a suppressor of the curse and it kept them under control. However, Galewind's rage and depression become to strong that the amulet's magic broke, and with that the seal was broken as well and the curse took over.
Will there be a sequel?

But what, this story portrayed Celestia as deceitful person. It was the doing the wrong things for the right reason kind of situation, just cause it was for a good cause doesn't mean breaking hearts of apparently multiple stallions was right, and some how she was still chosen (along with Luna who also agreed to the deceitful and hurtful practice) to wield the power of harmony? No offensive i liked the idea of discord being an alicorn and falling in love but Celestia getting the power of harmony annoyed me, i was hoping for him to return to Baltimare to research and use magic to make him a deity (or celestial as you call them) and then Celestia reject his romantic advances due to his use of forbidden magic or appearance and then he goes on a chaos rampage. The story is by no means bad but i didn't enjoy the last quarter of it. I won't down-vote or up-vote i just wanted to express my opinion on this story.
