I'm very sad to see this story get so many thumbs down. It was well enough written and entertaining. If one read the description, it was exactly what I expected, and the warnings were very clear. I've seen some pretty rubbish stories that have very good ratings. Stories where the authors obviously don't understand a thing about building drama,evoking imagery, or following basic grammar rules. This story delivers exactly what it promises. If you don't like a type of story then don't read it. Leave it alone and go find something you would rather read. Sometimes 'bronies' really impress, and sometimes 'bronies' are really sad. This story made me sad, but not because it was about ponies eating each others feces but because it shows the level of critique capable by the average reader on this site.
Anyway, nice, story so far. I look forward to chapter 2!
Well... I just finished reading it as promised. First things first... I DON'T LIKE SCAT PORN. I am going to do my best to make a fair comment...
My first criticism of this chapter is the string of " Yes' " by Celestia as Rarity hesitates. Maybe each response could've been written as a different way of saying 'yes'? Some could've maybe been stretched out into "Yeeess?" as well.
Second criticism...
This seems off to me. Celestia already stated that she and Rarity were meeting under a private, informal circumstance. It seems odd that Rarity would feel bad about being grateful for Celestia's offer. Then again, when someone I KNOW is very grateful to me and hugs me affectionately, the last thing on MY mind is "I'm being molested." so I could be wrong here. Basically 'Molested' just sounds wrong to me here... but correction as to why it was used would be appreciated.
Final criticism...
This is a scat fic involving Rarity and Celestia. As much as I'm aware of that, this does not strike me as a parody. Nothing about what they've done here sounds over the top (aside from the obvious fact that Rarity is getting shat upon) as this is a well known existing fetish... that is being carried out by characters that would probably never do this so maybe it is a parody in the end. In any case, 'Oblivion™' feels out of place here for me since there is nothing really random going on here.
That's it. I see nothing else wrong with how the story was written. The fetish act was described well each and every time so it gave a good idea as to what was going on(for better or worse...), the characters seemed to remain consistent and the phrasing seems okay all the way. In short, a well written fic in my eyes.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna look for tentacle porn to make up for this. I think it's only fair.
... It does make me morbidly curious to know what the moderator was thinking as s/he read this though.
