How will Luna handle the knowledge that her sister killed her first friend to revive her? Give me another chapter, and I will favorite this story.

More to this story than meets the eye. I like how you wrote the events after. Very different than how others do it, and in character you could say. Namely some of Twilights internal dialogue and interaction with Celestia. Everyone goes through how she addresses the Princess, but you did it differently, if not more believably. Then follow up the characterization with the table scene. Gets the same message across by showing. Speaking of her standing upon the Royal Sisters entrance and following their table manners.
There were a few mistakes, or rather clunky phases I remember reading, but as long as the story isn't something I've seen time and time again, and everything else stays, any mistakes are forgivable. Looking forward to further chapters.

Well, then it makes sense that luna wouldn't have been in the wedding, but what about the scene where she is in the tower? Cadance was in the cave at that point... Hmmm... Or maybe, Chrysalis was Cadance since 1000's of years ago and had just made her appearance... I'm sooo over-thinking this

I've read all 5 chapters of the story so far, and primarily feel confused.
The summary says "Princess Luna was dead, and I [Twilight] was to going to give her life."
Princess Luna appears to be present (with waiters etc. interacting with her), and acts "normal" most of the time, excluding the times she is cryptically begging for help. Obvious hints that Celestia is hiding something (said something at least being that Princess Luna is dead),
Twilight for some reason not remembering an alicorn with "a candy swirled mane and bright magenta eyes" who appears to have been present at all of Twilight major life events. Cryptic statements and hints that "Nothing is real" and "Everything is wrong".
