Though the one thing that annoys me a bit is how Mic was so quickly ignored from the story, it seems like Bass is neglecting him. (or was it on purpose?)

He isn't being neglected. In the story (much like in real life, apparently) Mic is a very busy pony, and fret not, dear Brony. Mic will be back. In fact the next chapter is taking a very interesting turn, I assure you.

The chapter only reason the chapter was so short was because I got the plot point out of the way rather quickly in that one, mostly due to my setting of the scene in chapter 7. Since I did that, I didn't set the scene in the beginning like I usually do. Also, let's see if you can point out the Allegrezza reference in chapter 8.

Alright, I kinda didn't want to go here, but I am. I wrote a mature version of chapter 11. After writing the scene from LTBR, I found it would be better to just do it, instead of letting such a beautiful moment in the romance between the two characters slip from the story. I'll be uploading it in due time.
