Well, it's a clop fic; after you've read a dozen of them, they stop being interesting unless they are excellently written. This one, I'm afraid, was not.
There were a few grammar and spelling issues which, while they may have been ignored in a more plot-directed and exciting fic, stood out starkly in "The Colors of Chaos". I couldn't find any reason to finish once I had reached the halfway point; like I said before, it IS a clop fic.
In closing, I believe the biggest issue here was that I'm not a fan of Discord x Pinkie, or rather Discord x Anyone (villains aren't one of my big turn-ons). I came here to see if I'd like it, and I just didn't. If the ships were different I suppose I would have enjoyed it far more.

I don't know what everypony else is complaining about. I actually enjoyed this, except for a few grammatical errors here and there. Pinkies, of instead of off, etc.
But yeah, I could actually see this happening. I was just thinking how if Pinkie would try to befriend Discord like she tried to befriend Cranky Doodle, maybe he would be nicer and they wouldn't have to seal him in stone again. And they're so similar personality wise, I can totally see the two of them falling in love and/or one seducing the other.

Keep in mind that I have had my share of spicy romantic novels in the past as well as some steamy lemony fanfic of other genres... But this is my first, MLP, clopfic.... And boy I did not realize just how long it has been sense I read lemons.
Soooooo.... They just fucked in the middle of town? I mean I know it said that most of the ponies left... But it also said that some of them stayed... Including the rest of the Mane 6.... Did they not look out their windows? Then again that should be a good thing.
Also... I am reminded of this one quote I read from DA on this one DisPie pic I saw.... "Discord just wants a little party pony for himself to play with after being rock hard for so many centuries." I never thought I would ever read the literal meaning of that joke.
That was actually really good for a short clop fic. I like the ending, and I think, minus the sex, Pinkie could have very well done that in the show. Nice work as usual, Liquid!
