at the end there, he should say "I couldn't care less" not "i could care less" just sayin.
Every time a new character speaks you should make a new paragraph... Every time.
Even trying to read through your dialogue is a chore and extremely confusing because of the mixed up dialogues.
This is a very simple change that improves the readability of a story tenfold.

He practically grew up with the Mane Six, so he thinks of them as Sisters. Except Rarity, he has always seen her as a love interest. Also I think he would just be immature no matter how old he got, it just strikes me as his kind of personality.

So an 18 year old human male ends up in Equestria, and, against all social odds and norms of the current day, he's a virgin, and he ends up fucking Rainbow Dash, who also, despite everything you'd expect (I'd expect her to be an extremely tomboyish slut), is a virgin. Four years later, they accidentally meet up in a club, go back to the human's place, and fuck an endless number of times, and then they laugh at Spike, the human's roommate when he comes back, for the awkward situation.
All in all? I came for the cover, and I came again for the plot.
