I have the wierdest of a feeling now. I laughed like mad while reading this but due to my phobia I also felt like throwing up and all my fingers and toes are tingling probably because my blood pressure went haywire.

The tone of the situation reminds me of those old What A Cartoon skits that they used to show back in the 90s; cute, but not exceptional. 2.5/5 for having a little wit here and there, but missing the mark on much of the humour (it would be amusing in animation, but in this written form.. no so much). I suggest working on your delivery method.

I am inclined to disagree with the vast majority of readers here and say this tale, while brilliant in dramatizing an insignificant flesh wound, is no more than an occasional light chuckle. However, with some work on delivery and perhaps some additional twists (perhaps another cause for all the blood hinted at the beginning but saved for a twist at the end?) and this could be legendary status.
But of course, I am but one reader. And to your credit, the story did hook me until the end, and that's the point!
First I'm like: Zombie ponies!
Then I'm like: Angry mob?
But then I was like: No! Fluttershy! Another cut? Why does everything bad happen to you?!
