My first intentionally short story, with some unintentional similarities to my other story "In Times of War".

I was once a normal guy, just like you. I went to school, had a Mum, two little brothers, an addiction to the Internet and video games, even friends.

But it was never good enough.

Life was boring. The only fun things to do were to immerse myself in another world, exploring, fighting, protecting the innocent.

It's ironic right?

Over a thousand years ago, I went to a con. I went Cosplaying as a Titan, from Bungie's new hit FPSMMO, Destiny. There was this guy dressed as the merchant from Resident Evil 4, I bumped into him by accident. He had two awesome things that I needed for my Cosplay and didn't have time to make. One was The Last Word, an exotic hand cannon. the other was an Exotic helmet, the Helm of Saint-14.

Eagerly, I took the two items. However, things don't always happen the way you want them to.

I found myself in Equestria, made some friends, and swore to protect them with the new powers that I had.

Little did I know that enemies that only I could defeat were on their way.

Now... All I want is some rest...

But heroes don't get Vacations...

After all... I'm Equestria's Guarding Light... and i'm not gonna let some space monsters hurt my friends... not now... not ever...

In eighth grade, Lightning Bolt met the most awesome girl in the world. Plum Rose. But after middle school, she left and went to live in Applewood for a reason he didn't understand. She said something about being discovered. Years later, Lightning still hasn't forgotten Plum. And when she applies for a job at the Storm Factory, his heart nearly bursts with glee.

My girlfriend, Plum Rose, asked me to do a story on my opinion of her story, Delicate Rose. So this is it.

Everyone goes a little insane sometimes, but at the same time, a lot of insane goes sometimes a little of everyone. Rainbow Dash remembers when she went insane, and gibberish the words completely sense no made.

Following the destruction of the Collector Base, the crew of the Normandy-SR2 go their separate ways. One squadmate, an AI 'Geth' named Legion, is sent by the Geth Consensus to investigate the possibility of a Quarian attack. However, when Legion is discovered and forced to make an emergency jump through the Mass Relay, it finds itself in the most unlikely of places... Equestria.

At the same time, the ponies of Equestria are dealing with their own problems. A mysterious disease threatens to topple pony civilization, while tensions along the border are growing and could escalate into full blown war.

Join Legion in its journey in Equestria to both return to the Geth before the arrival of the Reapers, and to help the peaceful ponies who inhabit the world.
