Confetti Pie is an Alicorn. She is the daughter of Pinkie Pie, craziest party pony in all of Equestria. Two thousand years ago her Mama and her Mama's friends disappeared. Now she wants to know where they've gone and whats happened in Equestria after all these years.

This book will describe my experiences through out numerous battles in what is known today as the Great Equestrian War. All of these battles I experienced as an infantry officer serving the Solar Empire. Many of these notes were made directly after combat, so that you may all reflect on the worthwhile lessons from each particular operation. As per tradition, I will mark each as if it were directed to Princess Celestia herself - may peace be upon her. I guess in a way, it was my own way of coping with what I experienced on those harrowed days. Through out this book, you will hear the stories of young, impressionable pony youths of all races - capable of bearing arms by magic or other means, such as the battle-harness rifle system. We will focus upon the infantrypony who fought the bulk of this four and a half long war.

The following will be proof of the superior and tremendous strength of the Solar Empire's military, the combat powers of the infantry forces in the face of superior odds and equipment. Let this book be known for its true portrayal of Equestrian Solar superiority on the battlefield against all of our enemies. The superiority of myself, as the Junior Unicorn commander to my enemy counterpart. May this perpetuate the horrors of those bitter wartime years and allow me to express the experience gained from the great deprivations that came with bitter sacrifice to secure victory, even if short lived.

You know what's the coolest thing about being a pegasus? You get to live in a cloud house.

The year that was long prophesized on the Mayan Calendar to be the year that the world meets its end.

But what it really was, was a test for mankind...but we failed. Miserably.

But, a selective few have passed the test and were able to move on in another world, me being one of them. God allowed me to have a Keyblade and sent me to Equestria from MLP:FiM, except...it seemed a little different, all of the ponies are anthro, meaning they are humanoid like. After arriving, I noticed the Heartless were running about, and took care of them and the problem.

Princesses Celestia and Luna, the rulers of this land, saw my potential and granted me permission to stay in Canterlot and teach her subjects about the Keyblade.

Yup, this should interesting.

If you know where to look, the scars of Twilight Sparkle's magical surge during her entrance exam are still visible in Canterlot. Surges from unicorns are always potentially dangerous, but Twilight has come across a disturbing idea.

Unicorns aren't the only ponies with magic. Earth ponies and pegasi also use the magical energies of Equestria to shape the world around them. Could they too have surges? Twilight is determined to find out.

And lo, the hero did find the sword, and having found the magnificent, beautiful, most perfect weapon of the ages, the hero did set forth to roam the earth while bearing the sword, much to the dismay of alicorns and harmonious creatures everywhere. So began the adventures of the handsome, perfect sword and his wacky kensai puppy.

And thus, Shēdo did began arguing with the narrator, much to the dismay of the narrator himself. Dirty pool, Shēdo, dirty pool. It's bad form to argue with the narrator as the story is being told.
