Spark Plug never had it easy in life. Sure, he was born to two loving parents and lived in a quaint little town, but lady luck decided to throw him a curve ball.

Normally such a thing would devastate the normal pony, but Spark couldn't care less. Besides, why would he need magic when he can just invent devices that can easily replicate it?

Iron will not stop till he can finally find out what happened 20 years ago and what Jack is actually up to. Can Iron find out before it's too late? Or will Jack beat him and stop him?

There is this evil human by the name Pavilion. When he fakes a murder and pins it to Joshua, Twilight's son, the boy winds up in prison while the criminal poses as the boy. Can Joshua stop his double before Equestria is doomed?

After months of working, studying, taking care of horrible monsters, and living life, the mane six need a vacation. What better than a secluded island getaway. Using their own boat, they set sail. In a terrible turn of events, Twilight and the gang find themselves stranded!

It's the night of the third day following Luna's return. Celestia invites Luna to her room and finally has a chance to tell Luna something she's shared with no other pony, not even her faithful student, Twilight. She explains to her sister how she spent those days during the thousand years, by revealing her most heartbreaking memories and showing Luna a room that no other pony has ever seen before.

Note:
This story is something I've had in the works for over two years now. The cover image and the song "Lullaby for a Princess" had strongly inspired me, along with a number of other images involving Celestia and Luna's sorrow. While I had the concept and a rough outline, I was never quite sure how I wanted to do the delivery. I wanted to do something that would tug at the reader's heartstrings, but until a few weeks ago, I didn't have the inspiration or the confidence to follow through. But now, whether this story succeeds or fails, I'm glad I found the inspiration to write this. I'm happy with how it turned out and hope you will enjoy it as well.

I know there are a number of other similar stories out there, but this is just my thoughts on how Luna and Celestia's reconciliation took place beyond what we saw in the series pilot.
