I didn't really want to make a personal update until more was known on the medical front, but I'm happy to say that I did get my pacemaker last Monday the 7th and was released from the hospital the next day! I've since had the week+ to recover and follow up with my doctors, and they gave me the OK TO GO TO EFNW! Now that the personal update has been VERY briefly made, let's move on to the EFNW stuff.

Yep! If you didn't already know, I'm also going to be at BronyCon. I'll be taking an Amtrak down from New York tomorrow (Wednesday). I've already planned to meet up with a couple of people, but if there's anyone else that'll be taking the 93 Northeast Regional, if you want to try and meet up on the way down, you're welcome to try and find us. Tomorrow at 11 a.m. I am, for lack of a better word, "hosting" a meet-up of people still in town in the middle of the day. Basics are check out of your hotel - come to Jimmy Johns in the Hilton - get subs as brunch - hang for as long as possible. I've been inviting people all day long, but this should serve as a kind of sign post and reminder - if you can afford a couple hours before heading out to shoot the shit with us, it's always a good time.
