It is is rare that I come across something that really sticks out to me, and both of these short stories did just that.

I share them with you now, in the hopes that you may enjoy the as well.

Materials, according to Games-Workshop, should arrive sometime Monday.

Turns out I forgot to include my house number in the address, and after running around checking two USPS offices and a series of calls to GW's warehouse in Tennessee, everything should hopefully be in order.

Had to order duplicate shipments, and have no idea when they'll arrive.

Once I have compiled enough data, I'll get straight to work.

As you all know, I promised something involving 40k and I Blame You.

The first run was a complete disaster, partly due to my jumping right in and lack of reference material.

I have rectified both problems, and as soon as my materials arrive, I can get to work.

You can expect actual progress relatively soon, in about a month or so I suppose.

And Regi, if you're reading this, latex paints kick acrylic ass any day of the week when it comes to miniatures.

By the way, anyone have any paint stripping techniques for 40k minis that work on acrylics?

As I'm sure you are all very aware, I Blame You is on its last leg. For nearly a year, I've been cracking out something that began as a joke and disgusted me with its success, but blossomed into a story that still disgusted me with its success. Jay and I, at this final moment, are very different than the first chapter, a testament to how far this has come.

So, as I've done before, on such momentous occasions, I leave in your hands a choice on how this all ends.

1.) Coronation, introduce final character, Fin

2.) Plot twist everyone will hate, so Jay and I can laugh as this sinks like the Titanic

3.) Another twist that's not quite so stupid and even somewhat realistic

I have no strong feelings for any of these three options, so whatever is voted for shall win

Took me long enough, to be honest.

Not quite sure why it took so long, but there we go, on to continue the adventure of Glade and Reman.

I wonder how many people got tired of the wait and said fuck it.

In truth, I was this close to doing the same and deleting it.

That's probably what's going to happen to Old World Blues.

Has anyone noticed my favoritism for three-word titles yet?

I need a fluent Latin speaker to translate dialogue from English.

If one does not come forward, I can substitute in Italian.

That, of course, relies on my ability to find someone on this site that speaks fluent Italian.

I can't pay anything, but it will greatly speed work along.

He's been trying for the past two hours to get a Windows LIVE account and play Dawn of War II.

It goes without saying that he's having trouble, and nothing I've tried has helped.

What do you say? Be his tech support guys?

(Only using my account because he doesn't have enough followers to reach a large group of people.)

Long story short, I need some way to turn on Windows Defender, but my desktop won't allow it to start.

Can any computer-literate people help me?

EDIT: Computer problems are now fixed. Everyone that helped me has my eternal gratitude. If you think that's a little too dramatic or sappy, you obivously underestimate how little I actually get out.

My faculties are focused on academic pursuits, I'm being closed in on from all sides.

That means I don't have the mental reserves to devote thought to anything but school.
