Hey! I said put it down, calm yourself while I learn you something. You see, this fic is quite unlike most others. Title and description aside, do not mistake this for a wish fulfillment story. What we have here is a rather unique combination of Romance, Comedy, and Mystery.

Our protagonist is the classic unreliable narrator, she will tell you who she is, and what she believes to be true, but those facts will change as she narrates them to you. She makes "mistakes." Details about her will slowly be revealed to you, and they will be part of the truth.

You will be lead to believe you understand the situation, you will be wrong. At its core, this is a very sexy romantic romp, but underlying it all is the question that will slowly be answered. Who, or what, is she?

Oh My God that was the greatest story I've ever read in my life. Before I begin, spoilers!

Every year, on Applejack's birthday, Applejack and Big Macintosh smash a barrel. It's a tradition they've had since Applejack was born. A tradition that started with their pa, and one they're proud to carry on.

Because some barrels need to be smashed, to be the best pony you can be.

There's this pony, named Big Mac, except he's kinda little and talks a whole bunch!

He's about to see his brand new baby sister, and he goes to tell Pa that its nearly time, but he's drunk off his flank!

I was drunk off my flank once! Don't ask me how I turned my own flank into alcomahol, a unicorn did it.

So Big Mac runs off into the snowstorm to get a nurse, and he forgets his coat and hat. He should have stayed inside where it was warm, I wish I had a place that was warm, all I have is a tuna can to live in, it gets a little crowded.

So he gets the nurse, and his Pa is finally awake. He tells his Pa that he nearly missed the birth, and his Pa feels bad, and goes to break all the alcomohol! I don't know why he does this, because it was not the alcohol's fault he was drinking it. Isn't that right Drinky Mcdrinkdrink?

What's that? You want me to drink you? Okay! S-so anyway, they name the babys after the alcomohol, which is kinda weird, but at least Pa didn't like Captain Morgan so I guess its okay.

Then the parents die from offscreenitis, and the kids keep making alcohol so they can smash it. The end.

This is Chester A Bum saying: Change! You got Change? C'mon help a guy out, change! I promise I won't use it to buy Applejack! But I make no promises about Rainbow Dash.

So, what to say about this fic. The first thing you have to understand is, Dashie is an unreliable narrator. She won't lie, but neither will she present things totally factually. That's part of the fun of this story, figuring out what exactly is going on. Anyone who has read Bechdel's Law knows just how well Aurora does mature fiction. Its sexy, its funny, and at moments adorable. Highly recommended.

I found this to be absolutely adorable. Were it not for the subject matter this could be an "everyone" story easily. I won't spoil anything for you but this is not sex for the sake of sex. Really this barely even needed a sex tag at all. It's two sisters who love each other, one of whom is giving "the talk". Despite the description, this is not a story about incest, so put your pitchforks down.

Smile Chapter 2 is about 60% done with editing, I believe it will go live by tomorrow. In the meantime go give this story a read. You won't regret it.
