i luv all kinds of music and i can't believe there's a group for music luvers! Hi everyone!

I am not going to lie, I flipped my shit when I found out about this group. But yea, I just want to make my presence known on here.

I try to keep my music tastes extremely varied. Basically, if I like it, I'll listen to it. I have no need to identify myself with a genre (not saying that it's bad, i just like too much of music in general to really identify myself with a specific set of genres).

Metal (well i simply like it)

Rap (i listen sometimes if it earns my satisfaction), Alternative (it's a small common thing)

Rock (love Linkin park, Dragonforce, Muse, and sometimes Gorillaz (the new songs are becoming alternative and electronic))

but the one that hits me more the anything is;

Dubstep- wubs for every1!!

Classic rock- Metallica B**ches

and a genre to himself

Deadmau5- going to the Veldt where my favorite characters and stuff live!

but overall im an all around guy who can adapt to any music (except country I simply just hate it!) *which also explains my headphones cutie-mark*

I love the punk and indie genres! Bands like Transit and Man Overboard really get me, I also listen to Blink 182 and Fall Out Boy and a bunch of other pop punk, but mostly Transit. I play mostly indie on my guitar and hope to make music full-time alongside writing stories.

Like the girls from Hope 7 and other forms of Pop. I can also just about sing all Pop, even fast ones.

When i listen to music in public, I've started imagining that whatever song i'm listening to is being sung by ponies at one of those random musical numbers. It makes almost all music so much more awesome . Seriously, try listening to Rammsteins 'Engel', and imagine the lead is Big Mac and the chorus is the flower triplets. it. Is. Magnificent

It's German, but the lyrics aren't that important.

I like pretty much anything put in front of me, except for rap. It makes me very very angry for some reason.

Fan of pretty much everything, but I am particularly fond of instrumental dubstep with heavy bass drops. Am currently working on a fiction that will include a lot of music

And I have TheLivingTombstone's remix of Hooves Up High permanently stuck in my head, which I am totally fine with because it's completely awesome even though I don't ordinarily like that genre of music.

Also, the Italian FiM theme is best song. Ever.

A few weeks ago I came up with an idea; there are these guys that drive around town with their really loud music, playing funk (and by funk I mean “funk carioca”). This kind of music annoys most of the people, and yet, is the style that is most listen to. So I thought: “what happens if I get out on the street and play loud classical music?”

I drove around downtown playing 1812 Overture - Tchaikovsky, with my speakers almost exploding, to see how people reacted to the unusual music style.

Oh, the faces… so priceless!

Heavy metal/Hard rock fanatic here.

Right now, I'm up to 100+ bands ranging from NWOBHM, Doom metal, Death metal, Glam metal, Power metal, Black metal, Thrash metal, Progressive metal, and other forms of rock music.

I dislike nu-metal, metalcore, grindcore, etc. I also dislike Dubstep/Brostep.

I like some old Country music, and some Classical.

I've took an interest in learning how to play an electric guitar. I've recently got one.
