I've added a new story, The Shadow Behind Her Eyes. First attempt at a fanfic, and yet I think it's awesome. However, I think I could do even better so any help? Rated Mature for detailed violence and gore and disturbing themes.
I just joined this group, and I'm looking for a bit of help.
I've written a story, called "Fear Through the Eyes of Madness", which is about a stallion who went through this terrible break-up, behins writing a story, and slowly goes insane in the real world. In the writing, the characters live their own lives, which he rules over, as he is their God. Slowly, one character realizes what's happening, and begins to rebel against his God's choices.
After that pretty lame plot synopsis, would any of you be so kind as to point me to the right folder to post this in, if any at all?
I'm looking for a story that is AU with Twilight, Rainbow Dash,Fluttershy and Glida join Nightmare Moon. Can someone be kind enough to link me to the story?
I added The Corpse Bride. It's grim and dark, but somebody experienced in grimdark might misunderstand it because it subverts the genre expectations. What do you think--is it GrimDark or not?
Recent edition to GrimDark, I have currently written a piece based off the works of HP Lovecraft. If you like eldritch abominations and progressive nihilism and insanity, you might enjoy this. Its called The Shadows of Yadith and I would be much in favour of any criticism you have in regards to the story.

So i'm a new arrival to the whole grimdark scene. Recently i wrote the first chapter to a story i made called 'I must scream'. This story is about a super computer that went rogue and killed everypony, except for 5 ponies. For 109 years they were tortured. Can they find a way to end it once and for all?
