A series of bad judgement calls strands three ponies of the Equestrian Republican Army's Fillydelphia Regiment in the middle of dense jungle. Cut off from the rest of their forces and running low on ammunition with only a nervous and inept officer to lead them, they're fighting for their lives.

Driven from their home, Twilight Sparkle and friends return to Ponyville to face the final battle against their enemies. When the freedom of all of Equestria hangs in the balance, Twilight has to decide just how far she's willing to go.

Driven from their home, Twilight Sparkle, her friends, along with the Cutie Mark Crusaders flee west to the distant Vermillion Mesa. The headquarters of the Cultus Mechanius.

Twilight & co. have returned home, only to discover that Ponyville is not the little town that they left behind. Having been renovated by mysterious conglomerate to usher Equestria into the modern age. and are called in to meet with the company's bosses.

Twilight Sparkle has fallen from grace, and now is a fugitive from the law. On the run from the Police Internationale, she sets out from the port city of Trotterdam on a five hundred kilometre trek to the distant city of Königsberg, while at the same time, trying to stay one step ahead of a ruthless detective determined to bring her to justice.

After Twilight is taken from Equestria against her will, her friends, along with Princess Luna embark on a chase around the world to get her back. The world however, has other ideas.
