One fateful day, Equestria is flooded by otherworldly visitors, some good, but most evil. One of these visitors possesses the greatest weapon ever seen by Equestrian, or human, kind. It is the mightiest of machines, and in this visitor's hands it can either save the world, or destroy it.

Twilight Sparkle is enjoying a nice night of stargazing, when she suddenly sees a strange object fall from the sky and into the Everfree Forest. When she gathers the rest of the Mane 6 to investigate the next morning, they see a crash site, and mysteriously large footprints resembling a hoof. This is indeed a visitor from the stars.

This visitor adores Equestria, he finds everything about it absolutely beautiful. He will anything and everything in his power to protect it. Unfortunately, his bliss in Equestria is not to last, as relics from his tragic past start re-appearing to wreak havoc and destruction, each one getting stronger than the last.
