It has been one month since the Elements of Harmony were used to trap Discord again, and it has been one month since Twilight lost one of her closest friends, the only consolation of which being that Church was finally getting some well deserved rest. At least, that is what she and the others believed. Discord, still trapped within Church's mind, has been picking away at his sanity the entire time, messing with his memories, making him forget what was real and forcing him to remember what wasn't. When he finally escapes, will Church be able to distinguish between reality and the memories Discord tampered with, or will his slim grip on reality finally give out?

If the ponies he is led to believe are his friends are of any indication, probably the latter.

So there I was, just minding my own business, watching my dog play outside when it happened. I hear a scream, then a splash in my pool, and then I find myself saving a naked, unconscious, rainbow-haired chick. Then she wakes up and I find my nose to be bleeding thanks to her. She keeps yelling at me, threatening to kick my ass, claiming her name is Rainbow Dash. After a very quick apology, she says that she needs to stay somewhere while she waits for her friends to get her back home. Being the idiot I am, I say yes. Of course, that only leaves me with one question. One that will haunt me for who knows how long.

My name is Applejack. I don't have much time to explain a lot on account of my situation, so I'll give you the basics. Once every year, Granny Smith locks herself in the barn with a chess board for a few hours and comes out drained. And I just don't mean a little bit, I mean a lot. Her mind, body and soul always seem to be injured during those few hours, but never said why.

This year was different. This year it was because she never came out. Y'see, from a young age Granny Smith had convinced my siblings and I that our parents had died in an accident. I always had my doubts - nay, hopes - that my parents were not truly dead and were just missing.

When I finds out their true fate, however, I sorta wish that they were dead. Not because of something they did that lead me to hate them, but because of where they are. They, now with Granny Smith as well, are being held captive and for all I know tortured by an evil demon. But it ain't just a regular demon. It's a demon master. Whatever that is. Not only is he a demon master, but he feeds off of pain and suffering, innocent and guilty alike.

His name is Lord Loss.

Arthur Dent finally discovered the ultimate question, but with knowledge comes a heavy burden. Arthur had a bounty placed on his head by an unknown being, and soon, the Heart of Gold was under attack. In a panic, Ford hit the Infinite Improbability Drive and sent the crew hurling towards the atmosphere of a known, yet unknown planet.
