But she's not exactly alive either, and there�s only one pony who can see her, can hear her, can prove that Twilight still exists. Unfortunately for Twilight, or perhaps fortunately, that pony is a certain pink baker and party planner.

It was a random day in Equestraia when a portal opened up in Canterlot, leading to other dimensions. After making peace with the other dimensions, Celestia decides she wants to know more about the biology of the creatures, sending the best doctor in Equestria, Horse MD, to an interdimensional medical conference. In response, the other dimensions send in their "best" doctors and very little medical info is exchanged. Instead, a debate over the validity of pants, inquires of synthetic humor, rants, and overall craziness occurs.

Random crossover between MLP and Scrubs, Mass Effect, Doctor Who, and 30 Rock. Yeah.

Cox:My Little Scrubs!? What an original title! It's- it's like combining My Little Pony and a completely different show into one seamless title! Nobody has ever done that before! Gen-i-us! Must've taken all night to come up with that one, eh big boy? Bets on how long before this is abandoned? Anyone? I've got 5 bits on this lasting three chapters. I know, I know, that's a bit generous, buuuuuut I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt here.

.... Thanks, Dr. Cox. Anyway, Sacred Heart is a hospital filled to the brim with quirky workers, from the daydreaming sensitive doctor JD to the lawyer sad sack Ted. But when the hospital gets a certain purple pony and her dragon as patients, it opens the floodgates for even more crazy to be let in.

Well, this is going to be my effort to combine two of my favorite shows, Scrubs and My Little Pony. Problem is, I don't know any medicine! So please, along with the usual constructive criticism, please throw out any medicine problem you know, pony, human, or otherwise!

Daring Do has her last adventure, and Rainbow is desolate. The only pony who can understand and comfort her is Twilight, who's been there herself.
