The Album is a collaborative project between over seventy different authors.  This project was designed to not only create something entirely unique and creative, but to test these authors to write in a different manner than they might normally be used to.  The exercise was to take a single character--one per author and no repeats--and imagine a mental 'snapshot' of them during daily life, during a Moment we might not normally see or even think about, and write a story from said picture.  So enjoy this collection of short Slice of Life tales--and be sure to check out each author's page and stories.  They've worked hard to produce something amazing; please reward them for their effort!

Note: Individual Snapshots are posted in a random order (including my own), with one or two more added per day.  Character tags and Rating are subject to change, but each individual snapshot will be marked appropriately.

Synopsis:

In anypony's life, there are the big days--tragedies and adventures, moments of loss and love, treasured memories to share and never forget.

But for every single day that comes once in a lifetime, there are hundreds that pass by unnoticed.  Sometimes the simplest of moments can have just as much importance and life as the dramatic ones.

Here one can find snapshots of these moments--the every day, often unseen or even unregarded days of the lives of a variety of ponies.

Because every picture, no matter how common, is worth a thousand words.

[Second person fiction between you and Luna]This story is a more realistic take on a pony X royal sister fiction in the sense of how it would actually happen. After a spell cast by Princess Celestia goes awry.....you, a simple brony, have been sent directly to Equestria. No, no instant cutie marks or instant shipping is in this fiction. Trust me, I know what I'm doing. However, if you don't like human in Equestria stories OR steamy scenes, then stay away from this fiction. Simple as that.

[2nd person] [You x Fluttershy]

When you realise that you have feelings for Fluttershy you struggle to come to terms with these feelings and end up going to each of her friends in turn for advice to get some perspective on the situation. Can you overcome the humiliation and pain of your past and tell the mare just how you feel?

In which a filly Rainbow Dash is awoken by a night terror, and she decides the best way to overcome her fear is to spend some time cuddling with you.

A/N: This story is just cute for the sake of cute. No real plot or anything.

Twilight and her five friends are transported during a botched spell, across dimensions to... Ponyville, Equestria? But not the same one that they knew. Sitting on a bench is Harpsy and Babar. The Doctoress avoids apples from an aspiring Applebuck. And in a library across town, six stallions join their forces as they try to decipher the appearance of filly look-alikes of themselves around Ponyville!

How will a Pony adjust to living in your human apartment? More importantly, how will you adjust to living with a pony? A mare pony no less. You should have known that someone with the name of Fluttershy would have been a pony. Equestrian Ponies are just so... foreign! You never know how to act around them. Will you be able to overcome this and cope with this pony invasion into your life?

You are the son of a wealthy sports store owner. One day during your walks a heavy thunderstorm rolls in. You stumble into a ravine, finding two small creatures lost in a world not their own.

You take in the two small foals, and try to help them to the best of your abilities.

(2nd person romance featuring You X Fluttershy)

You've always been a kind and caring pony, even after losing your parents. You don't know if they're alive or not, but you still look forward to the future, knowing that there is always hope in everything. One day while out shopping, you (nearly) run into a mare by the name of Fluttershy. She's like no other mare you've met before and you try to pursue a relationship with her. Will you be able to find the kind of love in your life that you've never had before? And will there ever be a day when you reunite with your parents, if, that is, they are still alive? All you can do is hope.

Well, here it is, my first fanfic story EVER! Since it is my first story, there will more than likely be some sort of formatting or grammatical errors since I am new to this. Please leave a comment or send me a message if anything seems to be wrong with the story and I will try to fix the problem ASAP.
