Twilight has always been the best there is at magic. She's won dozens of scholarly competitions and tests of skill in Canterlot. But when it comes to the more violent uses for magic, she is essentially clueless.

When she meets a strange unicorn in a seedy bar, he introduces her to a little known sport that will test her knowledge of magic in different ways. That is, of course, if Twilight can't resist its primal lure.

Daily work for this astronaut, until everything goes wrong. How would a scientist react when facing things science can't explain, when dropped in a world technologically behind of a few centuries. Or is he simply going insane?

Twilight had always known her kind to be a race of peace and kindness. However, when faced with something they don't quite understand, those bounds are tested. After a two legged creature arrives in Ponyville with a spear in hand and an injured Scootaloo, the citizens act in a manner which Twilight hadn't foreseen.

Perhaps the world around them isn't as black and white as she had once thought, but filled with shades of gray. Journey with Twilight and company, as they discover this for themselves as they venture beyond the borders of Equestria.

Poor financial decisions like forgoing star-spawn insurance and blowing all her bits on the Alicorn Amulet have left Trixie unable to pay for her appointment with the medium in Hollow Shades. Having discovered the magic of friendship, she has a deal to alter lest she incur the wrath of Tartarus. If only somepony who understood her plight could help her in her time of need. Unbeknownst to her, that somepony has been watching her perform from across the tavern.

Cadence wasn't always an alicorn, and neither were Celestia or Luna. They used to be something altogether different—technically, they still are. In reliving Celestia's past, Twilight takes Equestria's future in her hooves. Time will tell what she does with it.

Of course, TD just found out that he can't go back to his planet, so he's stuck in Equestria forever! It's Cloud Kicker's job to make him feel welcome and comfortable, right?

One night Luna discovers a dream that does not belong, when curiosity get the better of her she enters. What she sees are landscape never seen before and objects of impossibilities. Luna sets out to find the dreamer in order to question how it seen so many things nopony has ever dreamed of.
