After a mishap with a falling star, Princess Luna crashes into Ponyville, only to be saved by Big Macintosh. Overly grateful, Luna calls upon an ancient contract which binds her to the draft pony as his personal servant. Can Big Macintosh co-exist with an overzealous moon goddess, her creepy assistant, and an army of evil looking guards long enough for Twilight to find a loophole to get him out of the pact?

Trottingham was once a great city, with a sprawling populace rich with culture and meaning. It was home of many great military strategists and soldiers. It was the center of military power in the land known as Equestria. Even after the world was consumed by tides of balefire and fire, it still retained its robust, military personality in the form of The Trottingham Federation lead by the great alicorn known as First Commander Napalm.

But, for over fifty years, this city has been torn by civil war and it close to collapse as the former jewel of a city falls by the two factions. One wishing to set it free in the name of liberty and harmony. The other, wanting to enslave the very ponies they would rule. The Federation is losing and they know it. Their forces are small and the demand is to great.

They are in desperate need of aid. They need help from the outside, the Northern Wastes. And with her nation in mind, Napalm intends to brave the harshness of the North to free the city that is rightfully hers. Or perish in the process.

Promotional Fallout New Vegas Weapon Mod

A human arrives with a house in Ponyville.  The Mane Six, and Princess Luna must deal with this new arrival.  But not everyone agrees how it should be handled, not everyone agrees on what danger it represents, or the benefit it can be to Equestria.

The inhabitant must also deal with the new rules and conventions of this new world it knows nothing about, as well as the mystery of its appearance, and the incongruities of its arrival.

"Humans.... Quite possibly the most infuriating mythical creatures in existence.  If you ever have the 'luck' to meet a Human in your travels across Equestria, then you must be careful. Humans are extremely powerful creatures, some would say more so than Celestia or Luna,  they are also more unpredictable than Discord. They can help you in a tight spot if you're lucky, or play nasty tricks on you if you don't hold the Human's favor.  In my time I've seen a Human give a filly pounds upon pounds of gold, and the same one turn greedy ponies into gold. The only one I ever have seen 'face-to-face' was in my earlier years, he helped me repair my wagon when it broke down in Everfree Forest, by fix I mean a whole new one appeared not ten feet away,  and the only thing the Human asked for in return was a spindle.... But be warned, never anger a Human, a trick or two in fair game is fine, but if you ever manage to truly anger a Human...... you'll be part of the small number ever to meet non-existence." - Star-Swirl the Bearded.    

A silly nonsensical story, not to be taken seriously

After the 'Canterlot Wedding' incident the Changeling swarm was scattered across the land, enslaved by pony warlords and slavers beyond the borders of Equestria.  Weak, desperate and with only a dozen changelings to her name, Queen Chrysalis resorts to summoning one of the most obscure creatures in mythology; a human.

Star Sparkle, when she was young, had expected to court an understanding noble's son, write a few books and spend most of her life up to her belly in mud as she sought out the treasures and traps of some ancient Hindi temple or paleopony burial mound.

For a while it seemed as if her dreams had come true.

Life, unfortunately, has a habit of frustrating such plans, but Star is nothing if not adaptable. Never mind that Twilight Velvet was meant to have the foals, or that her stallion of nearly forty years turned out to be an irascible, if lovable lunatic, or that she has to share him with the mare who was once her closest friend, an erotic novelist, a ruthless businessmare, a brainless fashion model, a grasping socialite and the barren cast-off of a noble family that had once hoped to exploit a political marriage for more power. She's still mother to one of the most famous mares in recent history, she has the somewhat reluctant ear of the Princess, a well-paid job, a half dozen novels to her name and all the time she wants for long archaeological expeditions to remote and exotic parts of the world. She has no regrets. At least, none she would admit.

That said, she does have two tiny problems:

She ran out of gin last night.

And her daughter is about to marry an ape.

Since he first laid eyes on her, Spike has been in love with Rarity. We all know it, hay, most Equestria knows it by now. The unicorn in question has been acting as though she felt the same way, saying sweet things and acting so lovely to the baby dragon. But as years have passed, Spike's seen the big picture and doesn't want to have his emotions toyed with.

Though maybe he doesn't know the half of it.

The story of Moon Mender continues after his dream of an ending ceases.  He continues his struggle to belong in a world so far divorced from the only other experience he can remember, but as an outsider of truly alien mindset, will he ever be able to find a place in Equestria?  More importantly, will the life he left behind give up on its death grip so easily?  The most important thing to remember is that things are rarely as they seem and sometimes, some things are better off forgotten.

This story is a direct sequel to Memory Pending.  Without having read that, this story might be a little strange to most, which is frightening considering how strange it is already.  It can be read as a standalone story of course, but you won't get the most out of it.

Further, I’m fully aware that not everypony enjoys more mature themes, so any scenes containing things of an M rated nature shall only be released in a separate story when the time comes.  This story deals with more mature themes on a whole, as a warning.  This version will do its best to censor the really sensual or graphic content out, of course.
