Why is it that they fear the Everfree forest? Because it is able to exist without the need of order and harmony? Why are such concepts completely alien to their natural psyche?

What if the ponies of Equestria are not alone in the universe? What if, among the stars, others like them exist? What if their peaceful land is merely one in a thousand worlds, scattered across the cosmos?

When a strange stallion appears, clad in ornate power armor, equipped with deadly high-tech weaponry, and armed with an unshakeable faith in his so called 'Empress', one thing is for certain.

The very foundations of Equestria's origins will be shaken to the core.

Twilight Sparkle loves books, but is that even legal?

When Twilight realizes that she loves books, and not in the way you love your grandmother, she embarks on a quest to discover if her love is legally allowed. Along the way, Rainbow Dash and Applejack try—and fail—to talk her out of her madness. Trixie, upon hearing about Twilight's passion for books, hatches a plan to get the lovestruck mare to fall for her. Shenanigans and absurdity ensue.

After Trixie's defeat and the confiscation of the Alicorn Amulet, Twilight Sparkle decides to research some of the spells she had seen the showmare cast. Unable to find most of them due to the fact that they required obscene amounts of power, she does manage to find one that might work for her. A spell to reverse aging. Unfortunately, an interruption by her friends causes the spell to go haywire and now Twilight has to deal with being mother to her five best friends.

This is a Doctor Who crossover (as if that wasn't already obvious), so if you don't like Doctor Who, turn back now and take some time to think about why you could possibly hate such an awesome show.

Warning: This story ignores all canon after The Return of Harmony. If you comment about it disregarding season 2 or 3 canon, I'm deleting your comment.

David Tennant is clearly the best doctor. This is a fact that is undisputed, and everyone who thinks otherwise is off their rocker (unless you like Tom Baker the most. That's cool too!). In this story, best doctor falls into Equestria, meets the best golden thing in the whole damn universe, and the two quickly become the best of friends.

But will the strains of time travel get to Spitfire, or will she rise up to the challenge and prove the best companion the doctor has had yet?

Inspiration is Rarity's Element, and Sweetie Belle her greatest achievement. But the filly has questions, ones that Rarity might not be able to answer on her own. What makes a pony? How can somepony know if they really are alive? Are they alive if they laugh and cry? Are they alive if they think, if they make mistakes and have ideas?

If Sweetie Belle is nothing more than a collection of wires, is she truly alive?

Oh yeah, and some pony ordered 20 trampolines and a bunch of other stuff that keeps getting delivered to one wrong address after another. More on that later.
