One day on a trip to the market, Fluttershy discovers that things are getting caught in her tail. What kinds of things? Interesting things. Strange things. Their origins are all questionable at best.

Fluttershy and Rarity enjoy one of their weekly spa dates. However, due to a promotional mimosa give away, Fluttershy becomes uncharacteristically talkative and tells her friend how she really feels. Awkwardness and discovery over how much she puts up with ensues.

Life continues on for everypony, well...almost everypony. Two weeks after the fiasco with the Alicorn Amulet, Trixie finds herself taking refuge in the town where her career had been ruined. Why did she remain in Ponyville though? Had there been another purpose as to why she had returned? Even she didn't know the answer to these questions, all she knew was, she was a fallen star.

The challenge? Daunting. The reward? Worthy. Failure? Not an option. For Big Macintosh has accepted the bet, and thus begins A Ballad of Eeyup and Nope - in which he isn't allowed to say either.

"Twilight isn't exactly a social pony." Could win me the Understatement of the Year award.

However, what most ponies don't know is that Octavia, a high-class socialite, isn't exactly much better herself, despite countless rumours about a liason between her and a certain DJ.

Now, drawn back to the upper-classes that she tried so desperately to get away from, can Twilight Sparkle find solace, and companionship, from one of the very socialite ponies of her past that she is so desperate to escape?

Big Macintosh is a stallion of few words, but that doesn't mean he's slow or uneducated.  Unknown to any outside the Apple family, he's a wiz at math and finds himself smitten with the one pony who could share his love for numbers, and who just so happens to be the personal student of Princess Celestia; Twilight Sparkle.  With a "gentle" nudge from his persistent sister, Big Mac manages a date with the purple unicorn, but a relationship might turn out to be more work than either one bargained for.

When a crash reveals how badly Rainbow Dash has been neglecting proper hoof care, her friends insist she get a hooficure.  It's for her own good, after all!  But why does the prospect seem to bother her so much?  A concerned Fluttershy tries to help... and uncovers a painful secret she never suspected.

Rainbow has always kept her friends at foreleg's length -- can the two ponies' relationship survive such close contact?

Did you know that Colgate moved to Ponyville from Hoofington to set up her own dental office?

Did you know that Vinyl Scratch was fired by Hoity Toity after being asked to model for him? (To which her answer was "Buck off!")

Did you know that Derpy Hooves' eyes were messed up in an accident which involved Berry Punch, who doesn't even LIKE wine?

Did you know that Octavia has trouble paying the bills? Or that Dr. Whooves is really just a doctor? (Probably.)

Of course you don't know these things, they all happened off screen or in the background. Well not today!

Follow a dentist, two musicians, a d.j., a candy merchant, a doctor, a mail-mare, and a party goer on various silly adventures and shenanigans around Equestria.

Vinyl Scratch is a mare of mystery: hard to meet and even harder to get to know. It is an image she has cultivated since her early days as a DJ and is not likely to ever let go. She is the queen of the music scene and her purple shades are her crown. To her roommate, Octavia, she is a vulgar annoyance and a blemish on her otherwise spotless life. However, when she accidentally destroys the one thing that matters most to the unicorn, the cellist finds herself learning more than she ever cared to know about the rock-loving mare.

Applejack has always had a secret dream, one that some ponies would find strange for the tomboyish farmer. She's always wanted somepony to treat her to a special romantic night, while being treated like a real lady. Turns out all she had to do was have a certain rainbow-maned pegasus catch her in a dress.  Such an awkward moment will lead them to a night neither will ever forget.
