After the Pandorica falls into the exploding TARDIS, it throws The Doctor through the very last crack in time, a crack through which he can cross universes.No TARDIS, no screwdriver, a whole new pony body and a certain unhappy plasmavore that fell through with him, The Doctor begins to think that perhaps his plan was not as fool proof as it could have been.

How will The Doctor protect the highly confusing, sentient ponies from the plasmavore that seems to be harbouring an unholy grudge against all things Timelord? How will he adjust to his new body? And most importantly, why does he have a sudden craving for...pears.

Well, at least he still has his bow tie.

SUPERNATURAL OCCURRENCE AT LOCAL SCHOOL

Cary Lee, a young middle school aged boy with a unique... gift, ends himself up in Equestria while on the run from the authorities. The only things on his person are the clothes he is wearing, his backpack and a journal.

Inside the journal he records his experiences in this seemingly new land. Will he find allies to stick by him, will he be shunned by pony kind and will he fall to the darkness that is Nightmare Moon? His powers he worked so hard to keep hidden will aid him in this dark world.

This story is set before Nightmare Moon was imprisoned by the Elements of Harmony.

         The creak of metal echoed as a hellish choir in the room. Lyra sobbed, clutching the little communication device to her barrel, as though it were her life itself. "Please..." She whispered. "Anypony, I think-I think it's getting closer." ...A sickly, raspy breathing crested the doorway on the other side of her hiding spot. "Help..."

       There is an organization which protects mankind, but remains shrouded entirely in secrecy. It is known as 'The Foundation'. They are unscrupulous and methodical, sacrificing as many lives as need be for the greater good. It can't be helped, the supernatural and meta-physical will always be a threat to humanity.

       But not all of their specimen and objects are dangerous. They are varied, some help, some kill. Some are delicious. Some, are deadly.

        And some are...well... Cute

When the Cutie Mark Crusaders dig up an ancient magical artifact, they unleash a spell on the town that allows everypony to see a "lie meter" floating above each other's heads. While attempting to solve the mystery, Twilight Sparkle has to analyze the tenuous balance between friendship and honesty. She doesn't like what she finds.

In a world where everything is basically the same as our world, except that a select few people actually have some levels of ambition, this select few people who actually have some levels of ambition go on a journey, in search of a new world with peace and happiness to call home.

They find it.

Raven of the Teen Titans has long been a closet pegasister.  She was introduced to Friendship is Magic by Beast Boy and Starfire and - although she is loathe to admit it - she enjoyed it.  She especially identified with the character of Twilight Sparkle.  What with Twilight's enjoyment of reading, talent in magic, and unexpected but life changing friendships, it felt like Raven's own life mirrored and sugarcoated onto a world of pastel colored ponies.  Even Twilight's friends reminded Raven of her own to a certain extent.

When she wakes up one morning in Twilight Sparkle's body with no idea how this happened or how to fix it, she begins to think she identified with her a little too well.

Now trapped in the plot of the series from the beginning, she has to find away to fix this, find out what happened to the real Twilight, and at the same time save all of Equestria.  At least she has some friends to help, right?

Crossover idea inspired by the fact that these two characters share the same voice actor, Tara Strong.  Originally, it was just an idea I played with for fun, but I have a serious - and frightening - plot for it.  Dark for later chapters.

       Shining Armor couldn't be more proud of his little sister. Yet at the same time, he is sad.  Both Cadence and Twilight will live forever. But what will become of him?

      Shortly after the coronation, he confides his feeling to Cadence about his thoughts.  She tells Shining Armor of a legend about six artifacts that if collected, could grant a pony one wish.  For Shining Armor, he would like nothing more than to spend eternity with his loving wife and his adorable little sister.  Thought the journey is filled with peril, villains lurk around every corner, Shining is prepared to return an alicorn, or die a unicorn.

     I'm planning on doing a rewrite of chapters 1-4. Certain aspects like Entropy are going to be removed, but the the event's will be mostly the same.  I'll try and get the revised chapter's done before continuing.  When that will be will depend on how busy I am with school and how long it will take me to contact an editor
