In the weeks following the coronation of Equestria's new princess, Twilight Sparkle and Rainbow Dash are both troubled by regret.  In the face of changes they can never reverse and actions they can never take back, they search for solace in solitude, but instead find each other in the small hours of the morning.

Rainbow Dash isn't bitter about the whole Mare-Do-Well incident. Or at least that's what she tells herself. Either way, she's not going to miss this chance for some harmless revenge pranks, and so she constructs a plan to prank all of her best friends, starting with Twilight Sparkle. All Dash needs is a quill and some paper.

All have a will to win the ultimate prize: Hell's Kitchen and 250,000 bits. Friends turn against each other as the heat of the kitchen causes heat amongst their friendships.

The team that wins each round is judged by the happiness of the diners, the overall skill that they show in the kitchen, and for the first time, each service will have three judges. Celestia, Luna, and Discord!

Will their friendships collapse? Will Gordon Ramsay find the power of friendship? Will Derpy ruin everything? Will Discord turn the entire restaurant upside down?

Mewtwo, the strongest being in existence. A creature of unmatched power, a twisted product of science and mad ambition; now free from its former masters, it has only experienced defeat once: by the hands of a young human boy wearing a red hat. In Ponyville, Twilight Sparkle and her friends are investigating a mysterious magical signal that has been plaguing Unicorns all across Equestria for days. Instead of finding its source, however, they are drawn into a mysterious world by a strange, pale creature, and scattered to the winds one by one. Now they must find a way to survive in this strange world...and eventually, a way home.

In Johto, unnerving rumors of Team Rocket's resurgence bring unrest to the people, and three mysterious beasts roam the land. Meanwhile in Kanto, the legendary birds grow wary, and its ever watchful Gym Leaders are starting to realize not all things are as they may seem.

In Canterlot, Celestia will soon be informed that all the six Element bearers have mysteriously gone missing...

And in Pallet Town, Professor Oak is about to get a call from his grandson about the discovery of a strange, new Pokémon species.

After her failure at the royal wedding, Chrysalis swore to return for revenge, and no one believed her. They laughed at her vows, at her anger. It was their first mistake.

Now she has returned, and she is claiming the vengeance she swore on them. Her armies are different, they've mutated, they've changed. The ponies now find themselves overwhelmed and outnumbered. Turning in desperation, they summon three heroes to help deal with the new threat, only the heroes seem a little reluctant to help.

Spike is a kind, loyal, selfless dragon. To many, he's not only Twilight's number one assistant, but rather an assistant to the entire town. Tragedy strikes when the adolescent succumbs to a fatal illness. It hits the townsfolk hard, especially Twilight Sparkle.

Sulking in her own despair, the faithful student asks herself the same, fruitless question: 'How does one cope with losing their only son?'

Twilight and the gang have settled down in their later adult lives, the lavender mare married and with a beautiful daughter named Starlight Glow. Things couldn't be better, and Glow was going to her very first day of school! Well... until things happen...
