Life as a goddess is no simple matter, as Luna has discovered during her first few years in Canterlot. As Celestia begins to worry about her sister's near-fanatical devotion, she hatches a plan to give—and take—her time off.

Shining Armor does everything a good big brother should do for their little sister. Every night he checks under the bed for the boogeypony, reads her a bedtime story, comforts her when she has a bad dream and, of course, teases her about her little night-time "accidents".

He soon discovers that the last one revokes his "big brother" status.

Fluttershy wants a baby. But she hasn't got a man to help her out with getting pregnant, after months of buying baby toys and supplies to look after her little one, she asks Twilight for a book on how to look after babies complete with step by step parenting classes on how to look after a baby. Although she is ready to look after a baby with the help of her new book, she needs someone to play the baby for her. Coincidentally Rainbow Dash passes by to say hello to her.

Nopony better than Whooves knows this truth. Living in the peaceful countryside town of Ponyville might seem like a dream come true for anypony, unless you happen to spend every single night inside your basement and monitoring the dreams of the local ponies.

Guarding the dreams is not a jolly-good profession.

Whooves's life, however, turns upside down with the help of the naive unicorn filly named Dinky...

The Great and Powerful Trixie, homeless, bitless, friendless, has been spirited away from her situation to the undecorated aerie of Gilda. The two are complete strangers to one another, knowing only that they are a match for each other. Now, inside the ramshackle redoubt of the arrogant griffin, both will see just how different they can be, and how much of a match it makes them.

(A challenge to myself, I sat down and wrote a fic all at once. It's short, and kind of quick. But it hits a lot of the elements I've always wanted to get to, especially Trixie being (what I named) Roani, inspired by the fic "Gypsies, Tramps and Thieves." Incidentally, the Romani is as accurate as I can make it, with modifications for use in Equestria, and yes, Gilda's name DOES contain Latin/Greek primary elements with Gaelic conventions; think of the Griffin Kingdom as akin to Roman England, though more England than Roman.)

Twilight Sparkle writes a long letter to her mentor, Princess Celestia, about the newest resident of Ponyville. This new resident is a curious thing, both a novelty and a nuisance, and she is reluctant to study him at first.

But new things deserve to be studied, Twilight feels. She doesn't know what she's in for, does she...

Set immediately after the events of Boast Busters, Trixie finds herself in a quandary when she realises that she has left her purse behind in Ponyville. She faces a humiliating walk back into town to pick up her money.

Before she can turn back, however, she meets a magical, sentient pine cone... sigh. Okay. Here's a proposition.

If you can make it to the end of this story without going "what" even once, you win a free internet.

When a well placed conversation sparks the throes of adventure within a mare like Daring Do she finds herself once again flying the high skies in search of great treasure! The Legendary Ruby Knight.

In an unknown new world filled with mysterious and unexplored dangerous ruins, the story follows Sketch and Kickbolt, two explorers, as they slowly but surely uncover the history explaining what happened in this world. And more importantly, why the pony folk suddenly were brought to it just a little over a century ago.

Rainbow Dash returns to the castle to find it shrouded in darkness and everpony turned to stone. Not long after she hears of a prophecy involving her and 5 other heroes that must battle the lord of the underworld. Leaving on a quest she meets Twilight Sparkle and a cast of both amazing and funny characters. Complete with cowardly pegasi, backstabbing gryphons, cute little dragons, and a growing relationship between two certain ponies.

Inspired by many of the Dragon Quest titles and My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
