I know this idea's been done before, but so far, I haven't really seen anyone do it proper literary justice. As a long-time Sonic fan and now a big FiM fan, I thought maybe I should do something to correct that.

So what this is, basically, is the story of Sonic Generations, but crossed over with the MLP:FiM universe, with Spike and the Main Six taking the place of Classic Sonic and Classic Tails, with other MLP characters also appearing (they aren't listed to prevent spoilers). It won't be exactly like either the console or 3DS versions of the game; except for Green Hill, there will be different areas explored, as well as pony rivals and different era bosses. So while it will have its similarities, it will definitely have its differences too.

Also, in case anyone was wondering, there will NOT be any shipping in this story. At the very least, no crossover shippings. No SonicxRD, TailsxTwilight, TailsxFluttershy, or anything like that. If there is any shipping at all, it will only be between characters from the same universe. And the only humans in this story are Dr. Eggman and the ones that appear in the "Sonic Unleashed" level.

Can her friends stage an intervention before she humiliates herself (and them) at a prestigious literature recital?

Big Macintosh comes across a lost filly in Sweet Apple Acres and enters a dangerous adventure to keep her safe from the dangers in the Everfree forest. Fast foreward as Big Macintosh and Applebloom are in danger of falling to their doom, but who is that mysterious pony coming to the rescue. It a FlutterMac fic, enjoy. Princess Luna is delighted to learn of her dear friend Fluttershy's crush on Big Macintosh, and enlists the "aid" of Rarity and Applejack to make their romance a success.
