RE-WRITTEN! Fluttershy sprains her foreleg pretty badly, to which Rainbow Dash takes it upon herself to help her out. After she's better, Rainbow Dash comes down with a cold, leaving Fluttershy to return the favour and help her out then.

Amidst it all, Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy end up in a compromising moment that questions their friendship...and just may bloom into something more.

On the night of Shining Armor's wedding, Dash finds Applejack dancing alone in her hotel room. Eager to put her hooves on the cow mare's body, the pegasus offers to teach her the fine art of the slow dance.

A storm helps Rainbow Dash realize what she feels for her oldest friend, Fluttershy and reminds her of why she left flight school in the first place.

Twilight always thought that being able to send the Princess her letters instantaneously through Spike's fire breath was the best thing in the world. Instant correspondence with her mentor and secret crush could never be a bad thing, right? Unfortunately, Twilight has a habit of writing her secrets down on flammable materials. Now her secret's out, so what's a panicky unicorn to do? Panic, obviously!

After the events of the Royal Wedding, Rainbow Dash seeks the company of Fluttershy on the train ride home. Whether to seek proper closure, or just to be near her, isn't quite clear. As they gaze out the window to the rolling landscape of the night, the two Pegasi best friends have a time for their introspection of aspects of the recent past. An introspection into dealing with certain feelings they may have.

Rainbow Dash has come to a recent revelation, and has finally accepted it. Fluttershy is yet to be sure and if she accepts it. Yet, undeniably, something lingers.

After Rainbow Dash loses a wing in an accident Twilight finds herself to be the only pony capable of restoring it. But can she reconcile the month long treatment with her suppressed feelings for the pegasus?

I wanted to change a lot in this story before submitting it here, but then it took longer than expected and I had other things to take care of. So, after only the most basic revisions, here it is in all its imperfect glory. And in chapter form, too.

On Heart's and Hooves Day, the Cutie Mark Crusaders get the idea of setting up Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy, convinced that the two pegasi are perfect for each other. Even if they at first swore not to attempt this, after what had happened the year before. But the CMC feel sure about it this time. No love poison to mess it up!

Fluttershy has a secret that she's kept from her friends for a very long time. The only other pony who knows is Rainbow Dash, her best friend since they met when they were small. As this secret starts to make Fluttershy's dating life harder, it also begins affecting her emotionally. She know's she can't keep it a secret forever, but how will her friends take it? Or worse, how will the stallions of Ponyville take it?

   Rainbow Dash was so screwed. She didn't mean for it to happen. Now she would have to deal with the fallout. Of course, she could just avoid everypony until the end of existence. A girl has to keep her options open.
