With Twilight's spirit broken, Discord is ensured conquest of Equestria. Celestia is helpless to stop him, but part of her selfishly yearns for the romance they shared in her youth.
UPDATE: After being challenged by Godzillafan01 to write a positive Discolestia fic, I decided to add more chapters,
Rainbow hears that Trixie is back in town, and that Twilight knows about it, but failed to tell her friends. Thinking something's up, she gets AJ to help her spy on Twilight, for her own good of course, and uses something she got from a purple unicorn stallion that had come to town a few days ago to help with the spying. Of course, things aren't way they seem with this, and the pair end up in more trouble than they expect, though hopefully not more than they can get out of.
(Vore Story, If you're not interested in that, Second Chapter is just Twilight and Trixie bonding. Inspired by the banner here on FiMFiction)
Twilight Sparkle is summoned to Princess Celestia's castle early one morning, via a letter stating that she is being held captive and needs Twilight's aid. However, things take a strange turn once she arrives.
(I wrote this for the April 2011 friendoff on Equestria Daily. It's not super-graphic, but I think it's enough that a teen rating sounds good. It's also slightly edited; I decided while rereading that I wasn't quite happy with one part in the middle)
Ditzy Doo never had many friends in her life, but she has her daughter, Dinky, which makes her happy, even without a bunch of friends.
One day, Ditzy decides to take Dinky with her to show her what she does for a living. In the same day, she receives a package to deliver to Princess Luna. Will that event change her life?

Mood Wings - Observations on Pegasus Body Language.
When Twilight Sparkle finds this book, she discovers an entirely new field of research. The secrets of pegasus wings lie before her, and she insists on making her own observations on the matter.
Field research, of course.
