Ponyville has always been a nice town. Not much happening until very recently.

Following the mane 6 and the mysterious Nightwolf, we see what happens on the outskirts of town and find out what will happen if they fail in stopping an old foe.

Finals are done and school is out. You would think its stupid to go to the library but it's not if you have a book on hold. I try to do a quick in and out but someone stops me, and tells me that I have a book recommendation. What's werid about that you say? Well, its werid if the book has a note in there for you to find, so fantasy here I come!

Sometimes you shouldn't go digging in your past. Sometimes you should just follow your heart. after recieving a strange letter, Rainbow Dash tries to figure out how she knows who sent it. the hoofwriting seems all too familiar and they sure do know a lot about her.

After a confrontation, Nightwolf decides to go live towards the outer edge of town where he can protect them from the hidden traitor. Chrysalis is hiding and is going to attempt to conquer the town, and eventually, the entire country if he doesn't stop her. But what are the concequences for a single mistake? And who is really the Queen? And what's all this about Rainbow Dash's brother?

(The first three chapters take place around March, near the very end of Winter, and into the next couple chapters, it evolves into Spring, just pointing that out for reference, I myself got a bit confused on that for a short amount of time.)

The decline into darkness had been easy enough... but when a high ranking Rainbow Factory employee begins to loose faith in the program and attempts to leave, things get out of hoof.

Having lived the majority of his life in the twisted building known as the Rainbow Factory-climbing up the brutal ladder and eventually becoming an Orchestrator-a lone colt finds the atrocity's he's committed in his past coming back to haunt him in his waking hours.

Driven by the need to return to normal society and the thought of redemption, he devises a risky plan that will ultimately decide the very fate of the Rainbow Factory as it's come to be known.
