Brad and Twilight Sparkle are madly in love, so madly in love that Brad agrees to follow Twilight through the mirror portal to Equestria, where the two of them plan to have a big pony wedding.

. . . Problem is, after Brad comes to Equestria, he doesn't turn into a pony.

An evil overlord is banished from his world, his destination being Equestria's moon. There he encounters Nightmare Moon who he realizes is the worst villain he's ever met. When she reveals that her own banishment is nearly over and offers to take him with her, he decides that teaching her how to be a proper villain is a small price to pay for skipping a thousand years of isolation.

Cloud Kicker has an issue.

The human TD Powell is in Equestria, and it is likely that he has... advantages that she cannot find with ponies (and one of her rules is no Diamond Dogs. Ever) but he seems more than a little unresponsive to her advances, claiming silly things like 'I'm not into ponies'. Of course, TD just found out that he can't go back to his planet, so he's stuck in Equestria forever! It's Cloud Kicker's job to make him feel welcome and comfortable, right?

Author's Note: Okay, this is going to take a while... I have a HUGE story planned for this thing and it's going to take a while to write it all. But I feel like if I write like 3000+ words a week, I can make some headway on it. Now, about the story. It's not exactly a crossover; it's more of an 'inspired by'. One day, I started wondering how a Dexter-esque pony would play out and this spawned. I wanted to submit it to Equestria Daily... But I kept feeling like their requirements were so arbitrary and restricting. I almost dropped it because of all the tiny little nitpicks. So, here you are. Unabridged, unabashed, unedited. Enjoy.

Fancy Pants, sick of the Canterlot life, yearns for something new and different. In turn he remembers that Rarity lives in Ponyville. A smaller town filled with more normal and average ponies not brain washed with the importance of class and popularity. Even further more, he met some of her friends at the garden party that they crashed. As a way to get away from the Canterlot life he decides that it would be an interesting experience to pay Rarity a visit and even try working the various jobs that her friends have to get a better idea of what a normal life is like.

It was a bright and sunny day when Discord came back to Canterlot under the watchful eye of Celestia as a (mostly) redeemed draconequus. But the luxurious life of royalty is so... BORING! "Do something creative," She said, "It'll be fun." She said. So on a dark and stormy night full of cliches, Discord sat down and began writing offensive literature that only he could imagine. Equestria will never be the same again.

Rarity chooses Spike to accompany her to Canterlot for the Canterlot Fashion Show as her personal assistant. Not wanting to fail Rarity, Spike gives it his all to help make her dreams a reality. However, he is forced to come to terms with the fact that Rarity would not be able to return the feelings he had for her. Unable to bear the thought of not knowing, he finally puts everything on the line and confesses his feelings to Rarity on the night of the Fashion Show in hopes to find out exactly what he was to her.

After a series of events...

Spike returns to Ponyville, having left his old self behind. Different, changed, unrecognizable among his 'new' friends. A dormant beast inside begins to stir. Spike must overcome his inner discord to save his friends, himself, and truly find the love that his heart desires or let everything fall to ruin.

I'm sure these questions has boggled our minds at one point. What would Arnold Schwarzenegger do if he suddenly appeared in Equestria? How would he interact with the Mane 6 and Princess Celestia?
