This story is set 6 months after the Canterlot wedding. A young pegasus named Comet Firehooves needs to learn to live and adapt in a rapidly changing world. As she makes friends with a runaway who joined the circus named Blade and a Pacifist called Cloud Cutter, the cities of Equestria are falling one by one to their new rulers.

Changelings, enhanced by new modern weaponry created by an odd pony named Zelmus using science and alchemy, are sweeping like a black cloud across the land of Equestria. With no troops to spare, Twilight Sparkle and Shining Armor hatch a plan to win the war once  and for all.

This Story of The Shadow Bolts Takes place before Luna was banished to the moon.

The Fearless Shadow Bolt Legion Loyal to only one..........Nightmare Moon (Princess Luna).

Comprised of only the most loyal citizens,guards, and Indoctrinated ponies in Equestria.

There is not very much known about the secret organization except their purpose. To Bring an end To Celestia's reign and bring about a new age of Night Eternal under Nightmare Moon.

Background Info:

There is only one strong enough to command such a Formidable force and that is General Thunder Strike he was handpicked by The Circle of the Night as Luna's Head of Security. Little does he know that he is being set on a path of darkness......

Luna has been very angry at her sister for all of the years she has been pushed aside as Celestia's "Little sister". even though she is supposed to be the Co-Ruler with her it seems Celestia would rather take full control.

Lately Luna has been having horrible "headaches" and sometimes she hears a strange "Voice" that tells her to do horrible things. Her thoughts are slowly being corrupted by the "Voice".

So now as the Table is set and all Players have shown their true intentions.

A mysterious creature enters Ponyville, bringing with him nothing but misery and hopelessness.  Twilight Sparkle needs her friends, but they have been led astray by this newcomer's evil ways.  As a cloud of unending darkness looms over the town, Twilight learns that this may only be the beginning of something much worse to come.

Okay, this is the Story of The Wizard of Oz as if it took place in the land of Equestria instead of Kansas.  Twilight will be taking the place of Dorothy and you will have to read the story to find out the other characters.  This crossover will be following the film and not the book.

This is my first foray into the world of online fiction writing and this is the first story I have ever written online so constructive criticism is encouraged.  I donâ��t have a ponyfied image for this story yet so just using a Wizard of Oz image, if you are an artist and would like to create a pony wizard of oz image for me to use, let me know and I will be happy to make it the cover image.
