Poems are a window to the soul—a lens of wonder that reveals the beauty of the world around us.  In this collection, nine of the fandom's most talented poets hold that prism up to the ponies we all cherish.

The poems in this anthology cover all main characters and a wide spectrum of Equestrian life, and range in style from strict form to free verse.  We've presented them in an order that showcases the collection's wide variety of styles and themes.  There's also an index if you're looking for a favorite subject, author, or poetic form.

It is our hope that this effort can make readers unfamiliar with poetry consider ponies in a new way—and in doing so, also show that poetry can be approachable, honest, and amazing.

Spike and Rarity have long since grown old together, but their love have never faded. This one-shot is in the form of a back-and-forth poem looking back on their life together and asking themselves if they have any regrets. They try to pinpoint the moment their love first blossomed, and in doing so, rediscover their true feelings.

It's a little sad, but in a bittersweet way. Don't mind the tag.

Twilight just wants to go back to sleep. She finds her room lit up in the middle of the night, and can't help but to investigate the source. Twilight soon finds that Rarity is the latest victim in a wave of paranoid witch-hunts that have swept across Equestria.

Pinkie Pie is broken. Guilt seeds in a stallion's mind and leeches his life. Sometimes, even innocent accidents leave no survivors.

A magical mishap results in Twilight being shunted across the dimensions to the land of Nirn. Though overjoyed to have finally returned to Equestria, the scattered reports she kept and delivered to Princess Celestia indicate that not everything went smoothly in the years she was stuck there. When an ancient and powerful magic is triggered despite all warnings, Twilight finds herself regretting ever going public about her relationship with Princess Celestia.
