When Twilight Sparkle slipped beneath the covers last night, everything had been fine. She had friends whom she loved, a teacher she adored, and a bright future ahead of her. But when she woke up, her blankets and quilts had been replaced by hospital gowns and padded restraints.

Everything is wrong and nothing makes sense; even her friends have changed. The doctors, they keep telling her that she is sick, that none of it was real and that it was all in her head. They’re lying.

She remembers a life far beyond the hospital walls. She couldn't have made it all up on her own. They must be lying… right?

Derpy Hooves is a normal Pegasus, living in a small house with her daughter, Dinky and her room mate, Carrot Top. One day, her life gets flipped upside down after she witnesses her daughter getting caught in a serious accident.

When everypony's family member comes in for Family Appreciation Day at school, Scootaloo builds up jealousy towards her friends. Not knowing where she came from, who her parents are or if she has any siblings, the Cutie Mark Crusaders head out across Equestria in a search to find where Scootaloo belongs.

When even your friends think you're a screw up, what is one to do? Prove them wrong by becoming the epitome of cunning and wit, a detective. And maybe save Equestria while doing so.

Applejack is struggling with her feelings for a certain speedy Pegasus but when she admits them Rainbow Dash is reminded of her school years where she was bullied. Can Applejack help Dash come to terms with her past and embrace who she is? or will Dash never recover from her minds slow slip into the past.

Twilight is suffering from horrid nightmares. Three nightmares that keep repeating, each time growing in intensity. When she goes to Zecora for help, the zrebra offers her a solution. However, it may not be one that Twilight will like.

After a full day in Canterlot, Twilight and Rarity decide to explore the palace garden's legendary hedge maze. Their attempts to unravel the mysteries of the labyrinth yield some interesting and unexpected results.

With the time she has left, Rainbow Dash seeks what is truly important in life before moving on.
