After the War of the Ring and the return of peace to Middle-earth, Gandalf the White departs for Equestria to pay a visit to two old friends of his; specifically, two old alicorn friends of his.

What he does not foresee is that Equestria, like its populace, has changed vastly since his previous visit, and as a result he is quite unprepared for what lies ahead. Can the old wizard endure the trials that this new journey will bring to him? Surely, but only if he makes a few more friends along the way.

Six of them, to be exact.

Vinyl Scratch, also known as DJ-P0n3, is one of the most famous DJs in Canterlot.  But lately, she's been feeling like something's missing in her life.  And then a gray Earth pony mare shows up at her club one night...

Author's Note: I wanted to do something different with the Octavia/Vinyl Scratch pairing.  In all the stories I've read, Tavi was the reserved, more quiet one while Vinyl was the party girl.  But what if it were the other way around?  What if Vinyl was the more reserved one and Tavi the wild girl?  This is my attempt to expand on that idea.  

Due to her antics and tomboyish behavior, Rainbow Dash has always been thought to be a lesbian by the others. But when Spike announces to his friends that he would never fall in love with the rainbow-maned Pegasus, Rainbow Dash puts her pride as a mare on the line and the competition begins. If Spike falls for her, he loses! As their friends start betting a pool to see who'll win and interfering to better their chances, who knows what ending awaits them!

Despite their plan going slightly awry, the Cutie Mark Crusaders' latest venture earns Scootaloo her cutie mark...only, nobody's sure what it means. Does Twilight have the answer?

Fluttershy has a new computer! Rainbow Dash wants to pull a prank and decides to break her in to the cruelties of the Equestri-net in her own way.

It has always been Twilight's nature to consider her options carefully, in fear of making a mistake. But, when that indecisiveness leads to tragedy, it might take a lot more than friendship to pull her out of a downward spiral.

The Great Equestrian Foam Sword Fight is a fabled event that happens once every fifty years. To win the event, one must incapacitate another pony using the most dangerous weapon known to pony-kind.

The winner of the event is also said to win untold riches that nopony knows about. With everypony trying to win those riches, the strongest bonds will shatter, the dirtiest of tricks will be played and all bets are off. After all, there can only be one winner.

It is also one of the few times were a pony can legally knock out another pony using a piece of foam.
