I love to write fics and dem ponies so there you have it.
I started out writing three years ago on fanfiction.net. My page there is right here.
It's a difficult line of work, being The Nostalgia Critic.
There are all sorts of dangers involved; things like multiple explosions from sheer rage, M. Night Shyamalan, invading insane doctors, bat credit cards, people whining at him to review things.
Oh, and Pinkie Pie.
He was surprised that he had any sanity left beforehand.
She's here for the rest of it.
When Dinky is cast as Clover the Clever in the school's Hearth's Warming Eve play, the filly is concerned she will not be able to do Clover justice. Luckily for Dinky her parents are the Doctor and Derpy, who quickly bundle their little girl up and take a trip via the TARDIS through time itself to see the first Hearth's Warming.
But when things don't go as planned the family realizes that there is more at stake than a mere play. If they don't find a way to set history right, it won't be just Hearth's Warming Day that disappears... it will be all of ponykind!
It all begins here folks as a brand new Hooves Family Adventure Series starts with this Christmasn/Hearth's Warming Special! Meet familiar characters as you've never seen them before and discover the answers to some of MLP's greatest mysteries. Grab your sonic screwdriver, get a handful of jelly babies, and plop on your fezes!
Soarin is a dead stallion! When Big Mac finds out that his sister is pregnant there is no force in all of Equestria that can keep the farmer from killing the Wonderbolt. Or is there?
This story has no connection to Slow to Realize which will have a new chapter soon. There are multiple pairings in this story as well, MacDash, SoarinJack, and CaraPie (Pinkie Pie Caramel). Please enjoy and leave a comment!
Thank you all so much for the feature story! You are all amazing!
Thanks to jszellmer for the amazing edits! As you know I hate commas so much.
KarmaDash for bouncing ideas around like crazy!
SirCxyrtyx for the amazing art!
The Cutie Mark Crusaders' plans for an afternoon of crusading are interrupted by a school assignment to write a report on nature. They've heard other ponies talk about "the birds and the bees" and decide to ask their sisters and the rest of the Mane Six for their help on the subject.
Needless to say, the answers they get should make for a very interesting report!
Presented as a multiple short chapter story.
After putting on the Element of Magic, Sunset Shimmer was shown just how much of a monster she really is. But that wasn't all the Elements did to her.
Sunset has now been forced to serve penance by answering any question truthfully and by doing anything asked of her, whether she wants to or not.
And she really doesn't want to.
Until all of the hatred in her heart is gone, Sunset is at the whim of her peers, unbeknownst to them of course. Can her new "friends" help her down the road to redemption?
If not, there's always that other Twilight Sparkle she keeps running into.
When writing a story of considerable length, writers often come up with dozens of ideas that don't make it into their original story.
The following stories are such ideas that I had for Cry for Eternity that didn't make the cut for one reason or another, but were too good to just throw away.

Main Course is a successful chef and restaurant owner. Or he was, anyway, until a fire tore up his life's work and left him adrift. When he visits his sister in the rural backwater town of Ponyville, he discovers an abandoned building that's perfect for a quick fix-up so he can flip it for a profit. But the building comes with an unforeseen tenant, and when he lets her stick around he discovers that maybe, just maybe, there's something out there more important than wealth and fame.
Warning: cute story with singular dark chapter.
Idea provided by Arcum42. Set in between Season 2 and 3. Apparently really cute, but still too dark to not come with a warning.
Trigger warning: mind control, alcohol use by minors, mental abuse.
Octavia is a mare of refinement, calm, and organisation. She enjoys Ponyville life with Vinyl Scratch, and Vinyl's niece, Scootaloo. She sets boundaries, rules and safety measures that ensure all that creative energy is not spent on self-destructive behaviour, and so far her overly energetic housemate has followed these rules to the letter. Oh, and Scootaloo listens most of the time, too.
So when it is decided the next sleepover will be at Scootaloo's place, Octavia is keen to prove she can succeed where other adults have failed, namely to have a night with the Cutie Mark Crusaders and not have her sanity driven to its breaking point or any pieces of furniture broken beyond repair.
This can only end well.
If you like this story, you might want to check out this blog, too, for two stories I got involved in.
If you don't, well... this one's on the same chopping block as Empathy, so if I ever remove any stories, this one'll go along with it.
A young man, lost in a strange world that he cannot begin to understand, tries to return home with the help of his pet-
"Hey announcer guy, Bob isn't my pet,"
"Ya, he's more like a servant or something,"
"N-not c-cool, Bob"
Will our unlikely hero return home? Will Bob the Manticore keep his friend safe from the nonsense that Equestria has to offer?
Just a little something I thought up a little while ago. A Tarzan-ish fic you probably shouldn't read but I wouldn't mind if you did.
