A letter sits upon a table where it had not just a moment before. A golden glow lifts it as it unfurls in front of the reader.
Let us see here, how to begin?
Well, I suppose the best way to do so is with introductions. I am Prometheus and while I was, as one might say, tied up for quite some time I noticed your world. I have to say it's quite interesting, but unfortunately stagnant as well. So Miss Celestia I, being the patron of progress that I am, have sent someone your way. He is not a creature native to your world, a species I personally have a great deal of interest in, they're ambitious little scamps. I am bestowing a gift upon him as I send him, one he will in time learn to master. It is my hopes he brings progress to your world, but as the past has proven on many an occasion the best intentions can at times have the worst effects. We'll just have to see how it goes won't we.
Ha, not as smart as the bastard thinks he is. I managed to snag the paper from him. So "Miss Celestia" my name is Coal and apparently I'm supposed to stir up some dirt. I'll admit I know just as much as to what is going on as you do, but if he's the Prometheus I'm thinking of, things might be a little more complicated than he'd let us believe. Crap, he's coming back. Ummm... Why did I just waste time writing Ummm?
Winter is coming... I'm disappointed with myself if that's the best I can come up with.
In the distant future, year 2205, the United Earth Government Expeditionary Fleet has spread the roots of mankind across planets in the most remote of places. Along the way, we have documented the life that thrives on these exotic worlds, learned much about the greater galaxy.
Expansion is key, and knowledge is power in this day and age.
Never before in any documented finding has man seen another sapient species beyond himself. When the scouting crews from the U.E.G.S Clarke suddenly find that they are not truly alone in the universe, it will be time to put to the test the First Contact situation they had never prepared for.
What if Twilight was orphaned before her acceptance into Celestia's school for gifted unicorns?
what if she and the princess of the sun became inseparable? What if Twilight starts calling Celestia mommy after their lessons?
What if Celestia loves it?

After mysteriously disappearing centuries ago, the daughter of a famous Equestrian Alchemist is discovered in the basement of her father's home, still alive and still young. Twilight must unravel the mystery as to what her father was up to, and why he imprisoned his only daughter.
Fantastic, I finally get to visit my favorite cast of awesome talking ponies to have one small thing keeping me from enjoying it to its fullest. I CAN"T FREAKING INTERACT WITH ANYTHING. I guess being a ghost in Equestria isn't the worst thing that could have happened, at least I can shadow my favorite ponies and see what going on in their lives. Heh, I guess I've become the ultimate stalker, I do miss having someone to talk to that wasn't me, myself or I though.
Rated teen for now for safety, rating may change later on based on where the story goes. Characters will be added later if they get added to the story.
We all seek the truth, even those who were born to die. When six ponies wake up in the last place they expect to be, will they be able to escape and seek the truth for themselves?
I do not own ANY of the characters in this story!

When Celestia's world is turned on its head, and her race faces extinction, can she put aside her differences and work with someone she sees only an enemy to save what could very well be the last of her kind?
Will they even help?
A direct sequel to : The Gods In the Stars. The third story in the Awakening trilogy, Reading the first two is recommended for context.
Young Nictis had one dream: to serve his hive by becoming an Infiltrator, the most vital and vaunted role a changeling could aspire to. To hide in plain sight among the other species, blending in, while gathering the vital emotional energies that fueled his people. Few were deemed worthy of the dangerous job. He was one of the few nymphs selected for training, in the hopes that one of them would develop the skills needed to be entrusted with such a treacherous task.
But when a training expedition ends in tragedy, Nictis finds himself thrust into the role not to serve his hive and people, but to preserve his own life. Separated from the hive, alone, he must put what little training he has to the test. He must blend in with the hive's greatest source of food, and it's most dangerous enemy: the ponies of Equestria.
(This story takes place in the same continuity as Fragments, but stands on its own. Reading that story isn't necessary for this one.)
