Time moves on and years after the great adventures of her youth Applejack has a chance meeting with Rarity at a convention, and discover they have a lot more in common than they thought.

Love is much like a river. Its power rings true not in the calm and serene of its waters, but in the perilous and daunting rapids.

Now, after a night of heated words, Twilight Sparkle and Pinkie Pie will have to face the torrent in their relationship.

Everyone has their dark secrets or obsessions that they keep from the world, afraid that if anyone were to find out that they would be condemned and damned by society.

But what if your dark secret was one that involved taking lives?

Say hello to Twilight Sparkle, Equestria's favorite serial killer. Living by the code that her mentor devised  for her, she takes the lives of those that destroy others and takes care of any who falls through the cracks of the justice system.

Life is good and it couldn't be better, at least until she is sent to Ponyville in an attempt for a normal life. She will make friends, enemies, and possibly find one that she may care for while satiating her dark urges.

But can she maintain a normal life without revealing her true nature? Or will she be caught and destroy the ones she will come to care about?

Can she have it all?

Twilight has grown up and graduated.

Celestia now begins to wonder about her own life and if she is still needed to be there for the younger generation and if they still need her to guide them.

Twilight is a Canterlot Orphan. Her parents mysteriously disappeared one day, and were announced dead in the line of duty for the Crown. Growing up as an Orphan has had its benefits, but now the young unicorn receives a surprise she had never expected: Princess Luna, the Immortal Ruler of Equestria, wants Twilight Sparkle as her personal protege. But not just any protege. Luna is grooming Twilight to become the next Valkyrie, an elite Mage who acts as Luna's right hoof. When Twilight discovers a long buried secret during her studies, the new Valkyrie is put to the test to find a way to prevent day from falling across Equestria-- Forever.

Rainbow Dash was the greatest flier in all of Equestria—or, at least, she was until she lost her wing. Luckily though, she quickly learned that flying wasn't the only thing that could bring her happiness and comfort.

Nopony ever said the friendship between Fluttershy and Discord would be an easy one. The difference in their life expectancies doesn’t help, but that’s a problem Discord can fix with a snap of the talons—that is, until Fluttershy finds out. Discord isn’t one to give up easily, though. He’ll do anything to keep his one and only friend. Anything.

Twilight Sparkle, Equestria's new princess, heroine with her friends and the embodiment of Magic. But she can't get a simple Daisy sandwich in Ponyville. Prince Blueblood finds out, and gets her to sail on the maiden voyage of his ship Aurora.

Misunderstanding ensues, and Twilight, Spike and friends find themselves all alone to get home.

(note; only five characters max can be selected, and I cant include Prince Blueblood as a listed character, but he does feature in the story)

When Twilight Sparkle and Star Shine are called away to Canterlot, the Cutie Mark Crusaders get the opportunity to earn their Foalsitting Cutie Marks.

Ponyville is obsessed with a new comic book about local superheroes The Mysterious Mare Do Well and Rainbow Flash.  

Mare Do Well's secret identity as a mild-mannered unicorn librarian is unsettling enough, but the comic writer seems to know much more than they should about Ponyville's secrets, and possibly even its future.  

If the comics are right, Ponyville is going to need real heroes.  Heroes like Rainbow Dash and Twilight Sparkle.
