This is the story of a certain pink pony who's decided that she wants to have babies like the Cakes, and of the much-enduring pegasus who must explain to her why that might not exactly be plausible for them. Will either of them succeed in their mostly-noble endeavours? Probably not. Dedicated to device heretic, who gave me the idea. Please don't take this too seriously.

Celestia and Luna were born as unassuming foals in troubled times. But already marked for greatness, the simple earth ponies stand to face a world set against them, full of danger, fear, and sadness. A world they will change forever.

A sweeping epic taking place before Equestria was made, where Celestia and Luna must rise from normal foals to become the Princesses we know them as, beset from all sides by monsters, other ponies, and even the forces that govern nature. Their tale is as tragic as it is triumphant.

Theres a time when everypony goes through something harsh within their life, something that could possibly change them for the worst, or for the better. Something that could even change their lives. Rainbow Dash is put in the hospital for recovery after a tree is struck down on the Apple Family's home. She's determined to do whatever it takes to get back on her hooves, to push forward into getting herself up and back into the skies. Despite her urge to get better, somepony is stopping her from doing that. Her once best friend as a filly, Applejack. After all the years of being rivals, the two are slowly becoming closer again during Raibow's recovery, as they were before when they were younger, eventually realizing that friendship isn't always enough.

When you've loved somepony ever since you were fillies, what do you do? What if they're you best friend? Is bringing your true feelings to light worth risking the friendship?

Abandoned by her parents and raised by her wits, Scootaloo knows about the dangers of dreaming.  Any focus given to an impossible goal is focus lost from finding food, shelter, and warmth for another night.  Settling herself in Ponyville, she lives day by day, surviving on scavenged meals and the love of her friends and idol.

But when Scootaloo collapses and is diagnosed with a terrible disease, her fragile life is thrown into disarray.  Her resolve is tested as her illness impacts Rainbow Dash, strains her friendships, and confines her to a hospital bed.  With nothing but hope to drive her forward, how long can Scootaloo fight when blind to the only thing she has to hold on to?

Twilight Sparkle isn�t dead.

But she's not exactly alive either, and there�s only one pony who can see her, can hear her, can prove that Twilight still exists. Unfortunately for Twilight, or perhaps fortunately, that pony is a certain pink baker and party planner.

Twilight's seen Ditzy around before, but has never really bothered to get to know the mare any better than that, other than the occasional mail delivery. However, when Ditzy has an accident that puts both of them in the hospital, Twilight sees a side to Ditzy that she has never seen before. Not only that, but their lives are now inexplicably intertwined. How will Twilight cope with what she learns about Ditzy's past? And can Ditzy get over this sad past enough to see the Twilight as more than another pony?

I made Dinky Ditzy's sister for various reasons. Sorry if that bothers you.

Canterlot has been destroyed, and the Elements of Harmony have been scattered to the winds.  This has allowed mistrust to be sown amongst Pegasi and Earth Ponies against the Unicorns.  In the midst of this Twilight Sparkle keeps up the hope to find the Princesses again and restore Equestria to its former harmony, but can she do this without the support of her friends?

Because sometimes, a finale isn't the end. Sometimes, pure evil just means you have more to lose.

A changeling's body is the plaything of her mind - but can a changeling ever really change her stripes?

Also because I've wanted to try something approximating an adventure story for a while. If there's any demand for it, I'll continue it properly, otherwise I'll just wrap it up quickly.
