That's right! After Twilight's undead countpart's experience in Ponyville, change has forever come to the other side of the gates, it becoming dedicated to much more than just scaring. And one of the most profound happenings happens to be the reopening of the Bogmorts School of Synergy and Sorcery.

Now, how the heck would three fillies from the 'real' world ever end up being enrolled here? A place where ghouls and ghouls alone go to learn how to control their powers? Well, there'd be no way, really; unless a certain flightless bat's blood sucking past were to catch up with her, that is...

Will Scootaloo be able to learn to control her instincts and newfound powers, or will her heritage lead her to abandon her friends for a new life? And why is Horsehood, a shadowy government agency led by the mysterious Captain Jack Harness, so interested in her? Well, the answer to that may lie on both sides of the fence.

Beneath Equestria lies a hidden world. One filled with creatures of shadow and darkness, though not necessarily out for blood.... save for a few of them, of course, though most won't bite too hard, at least the nice ones won't. Still, few know of this place, and those who do stay far away.

But not Vinyl Scratch, a creature of two worlds, a creature of impulse and self-indulgence, and now... a mentor?!

When an attack in the Everfree Forest leads to an emergency conversion of Scootaloo, Vinyl is initially apathetic. However, a year later, her conscience has finally caught up with her. She will teach the filly how to work her fangs.

Meeting her, a strange immortal who wishes to die, a living Nightmare that simply wants to coexist, and an old, fallen friend with strange, new priorities, Scootaloo will uncover the mysteries of not only the underworld, but of her existence.

And most of all: she will learn that vampires to do not god damned sparkle.

Caramel has worked temp jobs in Ponyville since he moved there, but one day a letter arrives, informing him of a financial windfall large enough for him to open a bakery of his very own! His bad luck finally seemed to be on its way out when a friendly visit from the town apple suppliers turned into a demonstration of how seriously they take the little red fruits in this town. Little does he realize that during his struggle, he'll uncover a devious plot that threatens all of Equestria, starting with Ponyville.

When troubled dreams lead to onstage accidents, Luna advises Trixie to think deeply on the magic of friendship.  Trixie ponders her errors and realizes what she must do: swallow her pride, atone for her misdeeds in Ponyville, and befriend the ponies she has wronged...

... and then the power of the Elements of Harmony will be hers!

It was a bright and sunny day when Discord came back to Canterlot under the watchful eye of Celestia as a (mostly) redeemed draconequus. But the luxurious life of royalty is so... BORING! "Do something creative," She said, "It'll be fun." She said. So on a dark and stormy night full of cliches, Discord sat down and began writing offensive literature that only he could imagine. Equestria will never be the same again.

The Songbird, protector of the lamb of the flying city of Columbia was thought dead. Though as it would soon discover, his charge was not the only being able to open the mysterious tears. In the forest of this new land, he finds peace with the native animals. However, the urge to protect something, anything, would soon drive him to respond to the cheerful whistling of an equine with a penchant for protecting creatures like him, no matter how foreign they appeared.
