Some school fillies have to deal with school crushes. Others with bullies. Sometimes they have to deal with both. But no filly has ever had to deal with an Evil Tyrant being bound to their shadow and have the power to control their every action. This, of course, seems to be no big deal for Sweetie Belle who seems to even enjoy the stallion's company. Though the feelings aren't mutual. The small filly reminds the old king too much of a filly he used to know...

Will our young heroine be able to bring Sombra full circle into forgiveness for those that hurt him in his past? Or will he be forever bound to serve her?

A small side-story of "A New World, a New Way" I wrote with permission from the original author, zuesdemigod131. Contains two parts, the first on Earth, and the second in Equus.

This is the story of Eva, a young former Top Ranger, and her partner Pokémon, Absol, and how they first met Gene and Belle on Earth, and how they reunited in Equus years later, with their forms radically changed.

Pokemon-MLP:FiM crossover. Originally story, by zuesdemigod131. Check out the original story here http://www.fimfiction.net/story/149050/a-new-world-a-new-way

Please enjoy. Comments and critique are greatly accepted ^^

Twilight has finally achieved her lifelong goal of having her article published in the local newspaper. It's been a long time coming, but now that she's done it, she's so excited that she runs around town shoving her achievement in everyone's face. It doesn't take long before Twilight discovers that no one cares if you get published in the local newspaper. After all, it's just the local paper.

For Rarity, waking up with split ends is the absolute worst thing ever.   Unfortunately, a mysterious stallion proves otherwise when he warns her that Armageddon is approaching and Equestria is doomed, and if that happens, she can kiss her well-coiffed mane farewell.  Now the timeline is splitting worse than Rarity's hair as our intrepid heroine travels back again...

and again...

and again in order to save the world, with perhaps a smidgen of help from Princess Luna.  And if she happens to find the time for a trip to the spa along the way, well... A mare can't be blamed for wanting to look her best, can she?

Thanks as always to JeffCvt for editing.

Taking home the last train from Canterlot, or that one odd taxi, can have bad consensuses-especially when you find yourself in front of a run down hotel.  Both a mare and stallion must walk the halls avoiding guests and the head of house, who want to keep them there. Insanity is a threat, but it gets worse as the nights go on.

It really was a very nice hat she'd given Spike.

Even though Twilight gave it back to her after his rampage was over, Cheerilee doesn't want to keep it.

She really should give it back to him.

Twilight's just received her official government escort license, which allows her to legally take on passengers during a teleport.  Unfortunately, the fee was hideously expensive -- enough to completely wipe out all her spare bits.  And there's a major purchase coming up which she refuses to put off.  So what better way to raise the money than by giving her freshly-approved skill a workout?  After all, it's winter, it's cold, ponies will get home all the faster, and since Twilight knows what 'escort' means, so will everypony else.

It's probably best not to bet on that last part.
