After an argument, Noteworthy decides to take his love, Octavia, for a drive in the car to try and figure out a way to make things better. However, they continue to argue, and Noteworthy loses control in the car, landing them in a ditch after a few flips off the highway from Ponyville to Canterlot. Octavia is critically injured in the seat beside him while she was still mad at him. Noteworthy wonders in his mind how did things all go wrong, and he begs and pleads that Octavia will survive the accident.

This story was inspired by the song Innocence by The Airborne Toxic Event, one of the most beautiful and passionate songs ever performed in my opinion. This story is in the first person as narrated by Noteworthy. In this story the ponies have mostly modern technology.

It is something that I wanted to try out, so hopefully it works. If it is crap just let me know so that I can stop myself from going any further. Also, please point out any mistakes! Here's what I have so far. It's something I have had in my mind for a while and I am trying to get it to work. Do you guys think that it's worth it to continue? I know some people will say that Octavia is like a Mary-Sue character in this story, but to be honest, we know absolutely nothing about her or Noteworthy, so they can be anything I want them to be :D

The day is lost, and night never comes, for a beast is dressed in black, and carried away by an angel, and a demon. A cherry blossom falls, and a banshee screams. A lyre plays, a bell chimes, and Twilight takes hold of power. A beast is kept in a rusted cage, with a brimstone floor, and golden chains. No devil and no god can hold him back, though, for he has been called. Mint takes control of the senses, breaking the depression of those it envelopes. A raven pierces air, and a beast appears, death follows in his wake. A savior walks followed by a righteous monstrosity, and Twilight is all that remains.

Third person; Dark tag just in case; Light gore; Story drive... not action driven. That being said, you can expect a considerable amount of action; I wish to have every single character from Equestria show up in this fic, so I have listed only the most important of them in main characters area; Enjoy.

This fic is based around two songs, each representing the two protagonists voice, and perspective, of each other. Lyra and the Beast.
